This a is cozy, bright, and modern apartment which is located 10 min. by tram from the city center. The nearest tram stop is only 3 min. from the apartment and very convienient. All the trams go directly to the city center every 5 min. There is also a lovely forest where you can walk or go jogging (even spaces for BBQ parties). It takes only 15 min. to get to the beautiful Devin Castle. Also there are public bikes that can be rented in the neigbourhood and you can take a cycling path that leads along the Danube river to the city center. The apartment has 2 main rooms which include the master bedroom, and a spacious living room-kitchen area (the living room couch is also able to covert to a comfortable double bed). It is a 62m2 apartment, with two balconies, bathroom and toilet (separated from eachother). There is an elavator outside the apartment door and also a gated yard where there is a playground and you can watch your kids playing from the balcony. There is a small supermarket across the road, just 5 minutes walk away, opposite of the apartment as well as a Billa and LIDL down the road. There is gym only 3 minutes from the apartment where it is possible to pay for entrance at €3,60 (membership is not required!). Outside the front of the apartment there are many public parking spots for your use.
