I stayed in this apartment for 3 months as part of a university exchange. It’s very well located, fully equipped, and the host is super friendly and always available if needed. I highly recommend it if you’re visiting Brno!

The apartment was beautifully designed and built to a high spec, with the exception that the walls are very thin - especially between the apartment and the internal corridor. This was particularly a problem because most of the other guests were only there for short stays (a weekend or a week) and so it wasn't at all like living in a normal building with neighbours next-door, but more like living in a hotel apartment with thin walls. However, the host went to great lengths to ensure other guests were quiet, and it was great to have a professional host with 24-hour staff. I loved the huge window and great to have Netflix included. The shower was very good. Even with the long-stay discount it seemed quite pricey for Brno (closer to Berlin prices), but they have pretty much cornered the local market for well-designed apartments, although a splash of warm colour would have been nice.

The apartment was very clean and well-organized. The host was extremely polite and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. It is an excellent choice for families looking for a short-term stay in Brno. A 10-minute walk takes you to the Albert supermarket and a nearby bus stop, providing easy access to different parts of the city. The apartment is also fully equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances, making it perfect for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

The flat was really nice, I really liked my stay here. It is very convinient location, near shop and tram stop, and very calm usually.
The owner has problem with on time replies. They never show up to do the last check up before my leave too !! They made me wait from 3pm to 8pm without anwsers and never actually told me they will never come. They also forget to tell me that a repare person would show up. This is not normal and I don't think that's normal. If I was not inside the flat, I would have never know that someone did enter without me knowing.

Overall, the place is nice, the tenant is less.

I highly reccomend this apartament. It is in the perfect location right in the city center. I really enjoyed my stay there. The only downside is the noise. It is right above a tram stop and you can hear everything. Also the upstairs neiboughrs were really loud at night... That is the only reason why I gave this 9/10 instead of 10/10. Thank you!

Tout a été parfait. Appartement proche de tout le nécessaire, très lumineux, spacieux et avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Je recommande sans hésiter.
