When the apartment I originally rented became unavailable due to maintenance issues, Helena kindly provided me with a much larger apartment and closer to the historic center. The apartments was lovely and easily within walking distance to the train station and grocery store.

The apartment is located in a great location in Budapest. The apartment itself is in excellent condition, with no strange odors, and it is even better than the picture. There is a metro station and a food market nearby. I would also like to mention the owner of the apartment. When we asked if the apartment had a hairdryer, a frying pan, and a saucepan, Mr. Guala V. immediately responded by purchasing these new household items. Mr. Guala V. was very friendly, welcoming, and sociable. We really enjoyed his small sweet gifts. The next time I'm in Budapest, I'll stay at his place, and I recommend it to everyone.

Skvelé ubytovanie, úplne nad moje očakávania. Domáci boli milí, ústretoví a vždy ochotní pomôcť, keď sme niečo potrebovali.
Komunikácia bola rýchla a bez komplikácií. Apartmán bol čistý a vybavený všetkým potrebným na každodenné fungovanie. Lokalita je pokojná, len pár minút chôdze od zastávky metra, takže do centra Prahy sa dá dostať rýchlo a jednoducho.
Určite odporúčam každému, kto hľadá príjemné a spoľahlivé ubytovanie s výbornou dostupnosťou do mesta.

Antonio was amazing. He worked with me while I was struggling to get my visa paperwork sort out and he even allowed me to change the date of arrival. The house is in a nice area, very close to the beach and shops. It is quite far from downtown Porto, but you have plenty of buses running nearby.

A wonderful, clean apartment, equipped with everything you need for comfortable living. It's a little noisy due to the trams running underneath the building, but the ideal location makes up for it. The apartment is located in a great area, walking distance to most places. Also the metro is very close. The apartment itself is quite comfortable, well structured, with great insulation and modern. The company BnBird reacted quickly to the messages although on the day of my arrival, just few hours before, their employee said they still did not have my signed lease and was not sure if they can let me in (the lease was signed weeks ago as per Flatio rules). Moreover, the apartment was not clean: we found dirty underwear, stains on the mattress, hair and dust on most surfaces. The company reacted quickly and suggested the cleaning next day, also brought extra sheets and towels.
All in all, if the apartment would have been clean upon arrival and with a few more forks and spoons (for 2 people just 1 tea spoon, 3 soup spoons etc.) our long-stay would have been more comfortable.
