Very good place for 2 people, near to a lot of tourist attractions, restaurants and markets.

A wonderful, bright apartment with a truly cozy, home-like atmosphere and a stylish,modern interior. From the very first moment, everything was perfectly prepared for living. It felt as if I had already lived there for a long time. From clean bed linen and towels to tea, laundry capsules, and even hand cream, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The host provided all the necessary information in advance, including clear instructions for the household appliances as well as recommendations on places to visit in Prague. She was always happy to help, responded quickly to messages, and made the stay especially comfortable. I stayed in this apartment for a longer period while working in Prague, and therefore truly appreciated the high level of comfort. The apartment is very quiet at night, with a comfortable bed and a calm atmosphere. The neighbours are friendly and respectful, which makes the living experience even more pleasant. Thanks to the air conditioning system, the apartment offers a pleasant indoor climate both during hot summer days and cold winter weather. In summer, the window overlooking the garden adds a special charm to the space. The location is very convenient: public transport is just a minute away, the city center is easy and quick to reach, and if you have time, you can enjoy a lovely walk to the center along the promenade. There are also small shops and cozy cafés nearby. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment and will be happy to return to my “Prague home” whenever I visit this beautiful city again.

We stayed here for 7 months and Pura was always a friendly and attentive landlord, the apartment is well located 10 min walk to the city and close to the metro and subway. The inclusions are very good with dishwasher and cutlery so coming from overseas we didnt need much. Pura was always helpful and prompt in responding to any questions we had, so we have no hesitation in recommending this location for short or longer stays.

Tiszta és jól felszerelt lakást kaptam ami abszolút megfelelt arra, hogy ne csak megszálljak, hanem tényleg ott éljek egy ideig. A konyhában minden megvolt, amire szükségem lehetett, a wifi home office-hoz is stabil volt, az ágy pedig szuper kényelmes volt, amit hosszútávú tartózkodásnál különösen értékeltem. A ház nagyon csendes, ami pihenéshez is ideális, a környék pedig minden szempontból jól megközelíthető volt. A házigazdák, Ágnes és András végig segítőkészek és rugalmasak voltak, és ha bármi probléma felmerült azt gördülékenyen megoldották. Összességében nagyon kellemes élmény volt itt lakni, hosszabb távra is nyugodt szívvel tudom ajánlani. Remélem hamarosan visszatérhetek!

Great communication with the owner - Natálie is very kind, helpful, and responds quickly to messages. The apartment is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, within close distance to shops and the main train station.

Apartment located in a very central location. All within walking distance, supermarkets, las canteras, squares with nightlife. The room is small but has a private bathroom. It only faces an inner courtyard from where you can sometimes hear noise sometimes. The house is renovated, with all the necessary, and there is a living room where you can eat or work with the PC. The apartment is on the 4th floor without an elevator, but the location still makes it perfect for travelling quickly on foot. I recommend it

Owner was flexible and helpful. The reason for an 8 rating with the Owner instead a 9 or 10 is that a task that was agreed to be completed, not critical for me personally but created a small frequent hassle, wasn't delivered on. I made them aware of the issue two times but since it wasn't critical I just lived with it. I would rent from owner again after having a quick chat about the above issue.

The studio is as presented on the photos; minimalist and appropriate for those who do not mind having just the essentials. Unfortunately, the portable washing machine wasn't working properly, so hopefully that gets sorted out for the future guests. Other than that, the studio has good internet and heating, making it suitable for remote work or study. The location is convenient and the neighbours are friendly, as is the host (Eszter) who you can contact in case of any questions/issues.

This was our first experience with Flat.io, and it could not have been better. The host was always extremely helpful and reachable at any time — many thanks again for that! The apartment was very new (we were only the third guests), spotlessly clean, fully equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. When we asked for a baby cot after booking, it was quickly and smoothly arranged, which we really appreciated. We had a wonderful time in Tenerife and would like to thank Taña once again for the kind and friendly communication. We would absolutely recommend both the apartment and Flat.io and would be happy to book again!

Nous avons passé plusieurs mois dans l'appartement avec ma conjointe et nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison ! Le quartier est calme tout en étant connecté au centre de Budapest, tous les transports allants dans toutes directions de ville sont proches et faciles d'accès. Luis is so hospitable, mindful, and genuine! I felt like I was living with a friend of years. He was so helpful recommending places, clean and respectful of the house, gracious with his time, and made my stay in graça so perfect. I can’t wait to return! The room is spacious, well kept, and the flat is newly renovated. The neighborhood has so many cute wine bars and yet close enough to the city to get a car anywhere, but quiet enough to get rest and feel like you’re just outside the hustle enough to recharge.

Paní majitelka je velmi ochotná a příjemná žena a nějakým způsobem se jí podařilo dát bytu zvláštní kouzlo, které na mě dýchlo ihned po otevření dveří. Cítil jsem se velmi dobře, jako doma, díky kouzlu čisté pohody. Byt je perfektně a účelně vybavený a tak vstřícný přístup paní majitelky k mým nestandardním prosbám, jsem opravdu nečekal. Mohu jen a jen doporučit !!! Moc děkuji.
