The apartment matches the description and the pictures (is actually even better and bigger than in the photos), we've enjoyed our stay. The internet is very fast, the apartment is in the very center, all the sights are within walking distance, the neighbourhood itself is very nice

This is the third time I stayed at Zoltan and Kati's place; I now feel quite at home there. The apartment is full of sunlight and nicely furnished with antique furniture and hundreds of books. When my daughter visited me for two weeks, there was a mattress and plenty of extra bedding that she could use in the huge living room. She also loved the place. I appreciate that the apartment is very quiet, with minimal to no traffic noise. As others commented, the neighborhood is wonderful and very safe, with all the amenities you would ever need, Starbucks, DM, pharmacy, health food store, Mammut shopping mall, with many great restaurants and a huge Spar inside, etc., within walking distance. Nearby Mechwart and Millenaris parks are great to wander about when the weather permits. Also, the owners are very flexible. As before, I had a wonderful experience staying in this apartment and I already reserved it for two months in the fall.

I stayed in this apartment for three weeks in Budapest and had a truly wonderful experience. Aliz has been an amazing host from start to finish. She was always available and incredibly responsive, no matter what time I messaged her, she replied almost immediately with impressive kindness and warmth. It’s rare to find a host who is so attentive and genuinely caring. The apartment was in excellent condition when I arrived: very clean, well maintained, and clearly looked after with care. It felt comfortable and welcoming from the very first day. The location is also fantastic, extremely well situated, with everything you might need close by and very convenient transport connections. During my stay, the drying rack accidentally broke, and Aliz was incredibly understanding. She immediately told me not to worry about it at all. That level of understanding and generosity is not something you easily find in a host, and I truly appreciated it. I would absolutely recommend both the apartment and Aliz as a host. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I return to Budapest.

Large open-plan with a nice view and relatively easy walk into the centre of town. The slanted ceiling in the shower is a bit low but as long as you're not taller than 180cm it's fine

The host was very attentive to my questions and the apartment was as advertised: small one bedroom apartment great for one person with everything you need. I would for sure rent it again in the future given the possibility.

Our stay in São Vicente was absolutely perfect. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and in the best location for exploring the entire island of Madeira. Luis is an incredibly kind and helpful host who made us feel very welcome from the very beginning. My sister and I truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. A small but comfortable, clean and bright apartment in a quiet block on the Buda side of the city. Excellent location, close to trams and the metro, with handy supermarkets a short walk away. Excellent communication with Katalin, the host.

Všechno bylo skvělé a jednoduché

Michael is a great host! He had everything prepared for us for our stay and was available for any question or issue we had. He is very reliable and kind! The apartment is in an excellent location, right in the heart if the Gothic Quarter, near to two Metro stations (green and yellow) so anything in Barcelona is easily accessible from here either by foot or public transportation. I don't think there is a better located rental you can choose or a better host!

Overall, we had a really positive experience with this apartment. At the beginning of our stay, there were a couple of small things that needed a bit of adjustment for us to feel fully settled, but after that, we were able to really enjoy our time there. The flat itself is lovely—very well maintained, nicely furnished, and spacious, which made it very comfortable to live in. You can tell it’s been thoughtfully set up, and it feels like a great place to stay. The location is also a big plus, with supermarkets, transport, and everything you might need close by, as well as plenty of options for leisure. The building is quiet, which made daily life very pleasant, and we especially enjoyed the garden on sunny days.

Amazing place, amazing owner in every way!

Great accommodation with all you might need - plenty of space in wardrobes and such, a rather well-equipped kitchen (including salt and oil, which was a nice touch), a comfortable bed. Clean too. Surprisingly good and frequent connection to the centre on workdays, yet close to nature. Very nice and helpful host, always quick to offer help and solutions. The apartment is a bit cold and dark, but that much is expected, clear from the description. The one true issue I had was the lock that glitched despite my best effort to follow the advice given. Overall a wonderful place for the price.

We loved our stay at Luís's place. The surroundings are amazing and it's very tranquil but within easy reach of the supermarket and restaurants. Loved the view especially!

A minha estadia neste quarto na Ribeira Brava foi simplesmente excelente. O espaço era muito aconchegante, confortável e perfeito para descansar. Além disso, tinha uma pequena vista para o mar, o que tornava o ambiente ainda mais agradável e relaxante, especialmente ao fim do dia. A zona é também super calma e tranquila, ideal para quem procura descansar e aproveitar a estadia sem confusão ou barulho. O quarto estava muito bem equipado e tinha tudo o que era necessário para uma estadia prática e confortável. A cozinha permitia preparar refeições facilmente, a casa de banho era funcional e limpa, e ainda havia máquina de lavar roupa, o que fez toda a diferença durante a estadia. O ar condicionado também foi uma grande vantagem, garantindo sempre uma temperatura confortável dentro do quarto. A localização era outro ponto extremamente positivo, situava-se num ótimo lugar com supermercado mesmo por baixo do alojamento e perto de vários outros serviços públicos, cafés, restaurantes e transportes. Tudo ficava muito acessível, o que tornou os dias muito mais práticos e tranquilos. A vila da Ribeira Brava é incrível, muito bonita, calma e acolhedora, com uma atmosfera fantástica e paisagens maravilhosas. Senti-me realmente bem recebido durante toda a estadia. O ambiente era muito agradável e deu para perceber o cuidado e atenção colocados no alojamento. Foi um lugar onde me senti confortável desde o primeiro momento. Quero também agradecer imenso pela simpatia e compreensão que tiveram comigo, especialmente por me terem permitido ficar mais algum tempo no quarto. Esse gesto fez toda a diferença e mostrou uma grande atenção para com os hóspedes. Fico muito grato por toda a experiência e recomendaria este alojamento sem hesitar.

Good location. Comfortable stay

Very well situated appartment: vibrant area with nice coffees and restaurants, bookshops and all necessary stores. Brand new windows which make the flat very calm. This is rare in Athens ;-) very appreciated. Awesome bed with luxurious mattress ... Bedroom: of course the window in the bedroom has NOT a sea view ;-) but all in all it is spacious, well equipped and there is plenty of storage. The kitchen is a bit small indeed but functional; that's OK; The entryway has plenty of coat hooks, is quite large which is very nice. The living room is separated by a door; there is a very comfortable sofa with a large TV and a table that easily seats 4 to 6 people. Nice place to stay !

This place is amazing, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the kitchen is great. We cooked most of our own meals and it had an oven and dishwasher as well so it was very convenient. Plenty of space too!
