I like the efficiency and how easy it is to find you perfect place with filters from budget and district to internet speed, thats nice. I would have liked to be able to know more about the exact location of the place before booking except from Only the district yet i was lucky and got a perfect location ationz service fee feels a little high and come out as surprise when you are about to pay (would appreciate it if they disclose that with the places price bc at the end you will pay it.

I had a very nice journey in the flat, the owner is very kind and always careful when I need it. One negative point of the hosting is the noise when it comes to weekend and short-Time journey. Overall I recomend this rented appartment !

Dealing with the currency conversion was a bit clumsy. When I paid in euros, your system would show the rent as being approximately a certain amount, and it was easy to end up unintentionally underpaying by a few hundred or even a few thousand koruna because of exchange rate differences. As a result, I had to make several separate transactions to settle the full amount. It wasn’t ideal, but the platform itself is so convenient that this was only a minor annoyance.

The service was very good and immediately responsive when I had an issue. I was able to reach them on the phone without long wait and exchange emails afterwards with the person (not AI). Only the Flatio fee could be lower for long-stays in expensive global cities.

The whole experience with Flatio was smooth and straightforward. What I appreciated most was the daily rate calculation, which made budgeting a longer stay easy, and the fact that most listings are deposit-free — a real advantage for a short or medium-term stay where you don't want a large sum tied up. The service fees are transparent and clearly laid out upfront, and noticeably lower than what other platforms charge, so there were no unpleasant surprises. Booking and communication were simple throughout. Overall a great platform that I'd happily recommend and use again.
