We used Flatio to rent accommodation for several months, and it's a great platform for this purpose. The web application is quite convenient, and we had no problems with contracts or payments. However, if you are planning to look for accommodation for a longer period, this platform may not be suitable for you, as prices here may be higher than on other platforms. As an improvement, I would suggest creating a mobile application for even greater convenience.

The best part about Faltio is that we were able to find a reasonably priced flat — much better value than many other platforms. The only downside is that the booking process is a bit more complex because it involves a full rental contract, unlike simpler sites like Booking.com. Still, it’s worth it if you’re looking for affordable long-term stays and don’t mind a bit of extra paperwork.
