Very easy and simple contract which helped me with getting my visa and a safe easy place to stay. However, I am concerned that I could not reach customer service even on the "emergency" line when I was moving in. Thankfully, I resolved the issue on my own but in a serious case that is quite concerning.

In general I am very pleased with the service and I would rate it 10/10. When i requested payment proofs, i received reply very quickly and service seems very helpful. Definitely, i will recommend, especially that there are so many scams nowadays, so to find safe online space, where you can look for short rental, is pretty unique.

Overall very good. I needed to change my checkout date, and found the procedure a little tricky with a lot of back and forth between me and my landlady. So it would've been great if that were easier, but otherwise everything from contract to payment was great.
