Flatio - Monthly rentals with a human touch

All good and practical for people who are staying longterm. Two things I would love to see: - Showing the total sum of what you have to pay in the end - A label or filter "Suitable for remote workers" I always have to go through every picture of a flat to check if it offers a decent table / chair for working. Also internet speed would be interesting. I can't rent a flat for a month and then figure out after moving in that I can't even do video calls.

The handover and take back protocols should be pre-filled with the relevant contract and guest data and be send together with the contract.

When my landlord wasn't willing to provided a good internet connection, Flat.io helped out by paying for an alternative connection after I pointed them to their own help article on guarantees. However, they couldn't really help out when the landlord tried to make me leave before the agreed checkout time. Furthermore, it was quite hard to receive an invoice for my stay – but I did get one in the end so I'm content :)

I would feel better if there were an upfront cleaning fee like on airbnb. Was surprised that Flatio asked that I make sure to "deep clean" the apartment. Sadly, I was not in physical shape to do that and have given the landlords some cash to hire a cleaner to do a thorough job. But I have no complaints about Flatio.
