Komunikace pracovniku flatia se posledni pulrok vyrazne zhorsila. Na emaily se odpovida až nejdrive po tydnu, telefony nikdo nezveda. Presto ze jsem zadala sve cislo v zaznamnik, nikdo mi nezavolal.

Líbí se mi, že jsou byty plně vybavené a že se neplatí žádná kauce. Dále, že jsou v nádherné lokalitě a kompletně rekonstruované.

There was a payment issue that required me to contact customer service multiple times to resolve. Flatio resolved the issue by splitting the payments into two, but it required two different instances of help in order to process the payments which became kind of a hassle for myself and the host. It would be wonderful if this issue gets resolved in the future! Otherwise, we loved using Flatio and would be back again! Thank you!

Service was helpful. I would say make info more accessible about you as a company - people trust you with money so for example I actually checked who invested in Flatio and when, when it was founded etc to see that it is actually a legit business :)

The payment system is not really clear.. You offer bank transfer payments, but can only be done within 24 hours, which is impossible internationally. And as there is no service in the weekend, its impossible to prolong those 24hrs. Apart from that the site and the system are good :) Enjoyed working with you!
