No geral estou satisfeita com a Flatio. Gostava que os critérios de sugestão de propriedades a quem procura uma estadia fossem mais claros. Também gostava que a Flatio tivesse uma ferramenta que identificasse potenciais inquilinos que não fizeram a sua reserva até ao fim, dando aos senhorios uma hipótese de os captar.

Everything was fine and in order

Pretty well organized, it is working well for me so far. My big issue is that I don't have a good way to have a charge on the cleaning. Some guest leave a mess behind which cost me 100-150 euros to get cleaned. The insureance does not cover this, what is more AXA is a bail in the ass to deal with.

I repeat it all the timev- I like and appreciate Flatio support team.

The staff is very professional, and the platform is easy to navigate. The terms and conditions are transparent and understandable, and the service is excellent. The only recommendation I have is regarding payment services. Recently, Flatio changed its payment platform and bank, and not all payment cards are accepted i.e. credit cards issued in certain regions are not accepted. This means that neither Apple Pay nor online payments can be made if your banking card is issued in a non-supported region. In such cases, the only available payment option is bank transfer. Therefore, my recommendation is to provide a complete list of supported regions for online payments (via credit card, Apple Pay, etc.). Alternatively, they could try removing this limitation by making available that payment option for currently non-supported regions. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the provided services.
