Slow to respond and do not screen the potential tenants for bad behaviour. Down a legal black hole on getting damaged compensated. What is this thing about printing documents for tenants when they check-in or check-out as a measure of what responsibility you have?!

I would say the service worked well, however it is overpriced. Paying roughly 400 Euros for a contract and discovery of buyer and seller is not a good deal.

There should be an option for paid promotion for those who want to appear on the top of the list. 15% for utilities is still a lot, beyond reasonable.

Flatio fees are way too expensive for what is provided. It seemed like they used to be much more resonable. I do appreciate the idea of longer term arrangements and am always looking for alternatives to AirBNB. I was surprised by the last minute notion that I was responsible for deep cleaning of the apartment at handover, which is not how things typically work in places I've been over the years. Landlords should be responsible for deep cleaning between tenants.

I recently stayed at one of Flatio's property and unfortunately, my experience was marred by both the conditions of the stay and the limited support from Flatio. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that amenities like the washing machine were missing despite being promised in the listing. My interactions with the landlord only added to the inconvenience, with unexpected requests and disruptive construction activities. When these issues escalated to threats and disturbances, I felt the need to involve Flatio support. However, my experience with Flatio support was underwhelming. To begin with, they lack a direct phone support line, which in situations like these, is invaluable. Their email-based support system means you can expect a reply only by the next day, which isn’t ideal when dealing with pressing issues. Even when they did respond, the support was largely ineffective. Instead of providing concrete solutions, I was often sent generic links to Flatio's informational pages. Their inability to mediate a lease extension as compensation for my troubles was disappointing. Further, they couldn’t enforce the landlord's promise to reimburse my laundry expenses. In conclusion, while the property might have its merits, the combination of the landlord's behavior and Flatio's lackluster support made my stay a challenging one. I would advise potential guests to consider these factors before making a booking.

There is no option to be assured that the owner was contacted or has seen the reservation… He should have send any reaction: ok-I ´ll deal it later/I ´ll call you or no- sorry, it ´s occupied/ I don ´t like you… or whatever
