Read all reviews of Flatio from guests and hosts or make your own experience. It's safe and easy.

Just the simplicity.

The Flatio platform is simple to use and requires no deposits or down payments. This, I believe, is the most important consideration when it comes to digital nomad accommodations.

Excellent and easy to use platform.

Minden korrektül működött

Transparency of payments was great. I don't like that you have to clean whole house when you leave as it should be in the price and I never clean like professional cleaners. Also when you have early flight, you can't wash sheets or towels. Because of that I got lower ranking from previous owner(

Quality-price of apartments. Guarantees.

Nice selection of locations. It would be nice if you made it clearer what payments are due and when. A simple schedule of payments would be better than a box that says “payments due”.

easy booking! cheaper than airbnb

The information is very clear and it’s good that you don’t have to pay a fee for making a request for example. The security for tenants in case the property would not live up to expectations is also o good addition!

Smooth process overall!

Very organised, great customer service, fair and competitive rates. I have already recommended you to several people. The only think I hope is that we can use you in our home town or Portsmouth (UK) and also Belgrade eventually? Do reach out if you think that would work?

Gosto da disponibilização de contrato pre-formatado; Deveriam divulgar e publicitar mais a Flatio em Portugal

Bylo by mozne zmenit v nastaveni Flatia misto pocet dnu pocet noci? A take nastaveni poctu osob: Cena 1 osoba/ noc + cena za 2.osobu/ noc+ cena za 3.osobu/noc + cena za 4.osobu/ noc...

It's the second time I use Flatio. Excelent experience.

It worked well! We had some payment problems at the beginning, still not sure why. But everything turned out great.

Perfect

Prompt and hassle free. Not bureaucratic

great price paid

Nyni mam pri rezervaci bytu problem s expresni platbou. Nelze zvolit platbu kartou, pouze kryptomenou, coz je velika komplikace, kdyz musite zaplatit do 24. hodin.
