Easy to use

One thing that's very unexpected for someone used to Airbnb, is the expectation to do a deep clean before leaving the apartment. Many times, people will be leaving for a flight at the end of a vacation, so it makes it difficult to perform, and will likely surprise many users.

When I was unsure whether the landlord would actually reply after already paying the stay, Flatio immediately stepped in and reached out to him. I felt well supported by Flatio and quite safe with them to avoid any scams. Would totally recommend it.

It's a great service, but I ran into a small problem: as soon as I received a booking, my listing disappeared from flatio.com.

Great platform if you want to have a peace of mind with renting your place. Also the support is always there if you need it and you can talk to a real human, I really appreciate that.
