Flatio - Monthly rentals with a human touch

A bit extensive paperwork in the rental agreement, but still OK and at least clear. After first onboarding (with ID card scan, etc.), I guess things will go smooth. Seems to be more focussed on longer-term rental than e.g. AirBnB. Service fee of 83€ for a 1 week rental fee of 553€. Interessting objects, often different from the other platforms. Good automatic communication for the rental process. Total silence regarding a feedback about broken payment processing.

Fast and clear, no hidden fees. I didn’t get responses from the other 2 properties but Adam was an excellent host.

I had a great experience with Flatio – the prices were very affordable, and the booking process was fast, smooth, and easy to navigate. What I appreciated most was how clear and straightforward everything was. The only downside is that there are fewer listings compared to some other platforms, but if you find something that fits your needs, it’s definitely worth it!

Please ask hosts who don't respond to a certain amount of requests why they aren't. Hosts with less than 10% should be asked to mention their requirements, and 0% acceptance should be delisted.

It was good but the fact they split up the payments was confusing, and after only 28 days. I was not sure why I had to make another payment of $20 something dollars

Was a smooth process to book and recieve an official contract. Will be using the platform again in the future. I'm sure it's in the process but would be great to be able to use the platform via phone application.
