Rychlejší výplata peněz pronajímatelům (se zasíláním informační sms o výplatě, která v poslední době přestala chodit), možnost kauce, a to i se složením částky ve prospěch účtu Flatia, které by následně garantovalo její zpětné (ne)vyplacení.

Jsem spokojená. Určitě bych Flatio doporučila.

Flatio is a useful service if you are looking for a short-to-medium term rental in Prague. Having said that, the service mostly suffers from the way it is used by the owners who seem generally reluctant to rent for more than a few weeks or a couple of months. Furthermore, reservations on dates that appear to be free are arbitrarilly rejected by owners because they wish to rent it separately for certain days within that period (e.g. during the Christmas holidays). It is also not clear to what extent you can send multiple requests and what happens if more than one is accepted. While the designers have clearly tried to copy the Airbnb website to an absurd extent, there is still work to do in order to make the website more informative as far as the procedure and limitations are concerned. There is also some room to improve the use of English, avoiding ambiguous phrases that leave you scratching your head. Concerning the payments, while there is the option to pay via bank transfer, this seems to clash with the requirement to make the first payment within 24 hours of the owner's acceptance (clearly impossible). In the end the bank payment is accepted, but then this should be explained better before. The Flatio support team answered quickly when we sent a request.

Flatio is great to find mid term tenants, however in case any complications arise, even with payments they are supposed to mediate, they do nothing and tell you to handle it yourself... I would expect a bit more.

Chtěl bych, aby příště majitel věděl o tom, že mám psa dopředu, když jsem se několikrát ujišťoval a také se mi nelíbí podmínka úklidu bytu po skončení nájmu. Člověk nedává malé peníze za byt a ještě, aby musel uklízet mi nepříjde v pořádku. Klidně by mohl být za to nějaký poplatek jako je to např u AirBnb ale mělo by to být automaticky.
