The major marketable point about Flatio is that you only take 500CZK and no other fees. Also the staff helped communicate with my landlord because I didn't speak Czech. I appreciate the service. I wanted to find a flat through flatio after my previous contract ended, but I couldn't find one that was long term. I think flatio could become a major flat finding service in Czech if the database is bigger. I recommend benchmarking bezrealitky.cz. Best.

Doporučila bych do smlouvy 2 měsíční výpovědní lhůtu. Dále doplnit podmínky v případě delšího ubytování, kdy dávám nájemníkům slevu za pobyt nad 3 měsíce např. 30%. Pokud zůstanou kratší dobu než tři měsíce, tj. vypovědí smlouvu předčasně, automaticky by měli doplatit rozdíl - částku tu slevu, na kterou vlastně nemají nárok. Toto je nevychytané a dalo by se lehce zneužívat.

I thing there's need more information about the public transport, how to get the tickets . In Czech Republic the people don't talk english and the products are only in czech or slovanic languages. For a vegetarian it is a nightmare.
