Flatio has been a breeze to deal with. Booking an apartment is straightforward and simple. There are a few things to sign which is new for me when booking apartments but besides this, it's been good.
we did have a unfortunate experience with one of the apartments I booked which we had to immediately leave but Flatio did everything they could to ensure that we were safe and taken care of and was in touch daily to make sure all was ok in our alternative accommodation. I have no issues using their service again regardless of 1 bad experience.

I really like the platform, and the way the signing of the lease was handled felt very safe and secure. However, when the host kept me waiting for half an hour without responding to my texts or calls and I tried to get in touch with you, I was put on hold for a long while. It was only then that I realised you outsource your customer service - that was a bummer.

I had a sudden cancelation of my reservation one week before i was supposed to move in! Although the customer service especially mariana was very helpful, helped me relocate to another apartment and I didn't lose any of what I paid even the service fees, however, the landlord had no right to do this to me! I ended up paying more for the second apartment and if I did the same like cancelling my agreement one week before flatio would have taken the money from me and never return it back, but when the landlord did it, he didn't lose anything and no compensation was given to me like paying the rate difference between the apartments! But apparently the agreement is against the tenant not the landlord!
