The support was really great and answered fast, I liked it.
The main problems — it's very difficult to change your personal details in the contract after sending it. You need to discuss this question with your host, which is pretty strange because this is YOUR personal details.
Also they don't support of Georgian bank cards (I mean the country, Georgia). I had problems just to pay for the apartment and asked my friend to pay.

I have never had issues with Flatio; all the apartments rented were exactly as described and pictured. Contracts are made in 2 languages and are suitable for legalization; everything can be executed within minutes. Hosts are super supportive, so far it's one of the best experiences that I had

I enjoyed my stay very much and met some great housemates! It had all the necessary kitchen supplies. The fridge was a bit small, but we made it work. My only recommendation is a new mattress for room 3. It was very saggy and squeaky.

Overall, I am very satisfied. In addition to how easy it was to search for the property and complete the contract, the clear payment schedule gave me peace of mind, as it greatly minimized the risk of fraud. When I inquired about a cancellation for personal reasons before the contract date, the response was quick and courteous. I also felt that all the features I could possibly hope for were already in place.

your service was ok, but the issue is that there are other Flatio websites, made for skimming and frauds so it is difficult to distinguish where is the right site. The other thing I did not find well is that invoices are splitted in two rates, because I thought that with first payment I paid all.
