Flatio je hodne drahe a nemile me prekvapili poplatky za platbu kartou, kdyz uvazim kolik uz je hlavni Flatio poplatek za sluzby. Taktez se mi nelibilo rozdeleni platby na dve, kde sem kvuli jednomu dni musel zase platit dalsi castku (a poplatek). Taky se mi nelibi system ze na kratkodobem pronajmu musim resit uklid, kratkodobe pronajmy clovek dela z urciteho duvodu a nema cas jeste tohle resit, kor pri te cene. Pokud to pujde, budu preferovat Airbnb a Booking.

Transparentnost naceneni není uspokojivá.

This is a flatio app rating as flatio asks here if we would recommend it, its unfair to save it as private rating of an apartament. For that I removed one more point in Edit. I don't know if I'd recommend flatio, maybe, I need more good experiences and having the cancelation process easier when apartament isn't a fit and you find out you will not even check in to stay after you see it.

The site is very convenient and easy to use; however, the 30 day cancellation policy is rather inconvenient for late bookings. I accidentally booked the wrong accommodation and was unable to get a full refund because the booking was only 2 weeks out. It would be nice if there was also a 24-48 hour window to cancel your reservation without penalty.

I was very disappointed with your services. I paid 500 euros of fee for the agency, you were not able once to help me. NEVER. This is the first and last time I will book anything wirh you and I will make sure nobody else I know does.

Dohlédnout na hostitele a jejich nemovitosti,aby nabizeli to,co je na fotkách. A dbali na servis a komunikaci.

If you don't mind not having any tenant rights and paying a large service fee, go for it.

A lot of hosts cancel last minute.

Nutnost zaplatit většinu nájmu první den po uzavření smlouvy. Byla to pro mě nová věc, kterou jsem se dozvěděl až v průběhu podpisu smlouvy. Jinak vše OK.

I loved my stay and the apartment. The owner was so nice. Howerver, I had some trouble with Flatio and payments, where for some unknown reason it was charged too much.

V případě tohoto podnájmu bylo vše OK, ale u jiného bytu a pronajímatele, které jsem původně zvažoval, jsem se dočetl až v recenzích, že pronajímatel vyžaduje dodatečný poplatek a platforma to umožňuje a nijak nezasahuje. To mi přijde nepřijatelné. Nicméně tento pronajímatel byl naprosto v pořádku.

Zatím jsem na začátku použití služby a brzo na na hodnocení.

Whenever you pay the rent in a country with a different currency but you actually transfer the money in "your" currency, Flatio will only give you roughly estimated conversions which are never exactly true. This way we sometimes had to make a second transaction because a few Cents or Euros were missing.

dát pronajímatelům souhrnnou informaci jak cizince hlásit na cizineckou policii + případně jaké další náležitosti musí pronajímatel udělat poté co nájemníka ubytoval. To by mohlo být v notifikačním emailu, že nájemník se brzy ubytuje/se ubytoval.
