great place!

We had a really great time in this wonderful apartment. Very clean and well equipped it is situated in a very center of Nazare, conveniently close to the both beaches and with a breathtaking view point just around the corner. The communication with the host was really good! Thank you, Carlos, will definitely come back!

We’d liked staying at Golden Fish apartments, everything was clear, we had everything for cooking and life and even more — Miloš was always in touch to help us with additional needs and did his best to make our life more comfortable here. There are small mall and 2 groceries nearby and big green park which is awesome. I’d like to stay here again when I’m back to Plzen😌

Its a nice place in a good area. I really liked the rooftop terrace. the city centre is easy to reach with the nearby trainstation. There is a small supermarket nearby but you have to climb a big hill to get there. So I mostly did my groceries in the city centre. João is very kind and responds fast. Thank you!

Pros: -Loved the neighbourhood, lots of cozy cafes and restaurants around, local feel. - Lovely balcony for coffees or dinner when the weather allows. - Good wifi, we were working remotely and with two tables, it was easy to manage for 2 people. Cons: - the flat smelled of cigarettes, which went down over our stay as we kept ventilating the flat, but is still there. - very loud sound of planes, the flat is literally on its landing/take off path. You get used to it over time, but something to note. - half-broken window blinds. We got a quick response from Theresa who sent a handyman to fix it, but he could not fix it fully, so you have to roll them down manually. - since you have to touch the blinds to get them down, they could be cleaned in the between tenants as they get dirty. Same for the outdoors balcony space. What could be improved: - no hoover in the flat, would be nice to have it for regular cleanups - microwave seems to have issues, we used it once and it kept beeping non-stop. - communication on Flatio with the agency, we wanted to adjust the dates, but received no response until it was too late to get back the money.

Apartment is renovated and clean. Luisa helped a lot by accepting my booking in very short period of time.

Great small studio flat in the centre of Lisbon.

The apartment is really nice and the room looked even nicer in real life than in pictures. It is quite spacious and the common areas are also very nice and spacious. Joana is a very good host. I had some personal asks and she reacted quickly and helped me with those. Overall my stay was very comfortable and can definitely recommend and would stay there myself again in case I need toю

Absolutely amazing flat, host, and location. Close to everything, easy access to Bolt taxis and Bubi (bikeshare). Tibor was so accommodating with all our requests, even brought us a brand new hair dryer without us asking, and came by right away to help us when we had some problems with the stove. Can’t recommend this flat enough, great value for price!

The location of flat is very near to the city centre. There is everything for short vaccation or longer occasion (ERASMUS etc.).

Perfect apartment for a comfortable stay. The landlord is very helpful at all times and quite welcoming. The apartment is located in close proximity of direct tram connections to the city center. The location is good. Apartment was well equipped with everything. Only thing is that since it is located in the basement, you will not understand if it's day outside until you step out.

Excellent apartment, perfectly furnished and supplied but unfortunately construction next door interrupted my work project. The owner was very responsive, agreed to a shortened lease term and was an excellent host.

Overall, we would have had more satisfaction with the unit. However, the washer malfunctioned and did extensive damage to our clothing and parts of the kitchen cabinets. This left us without an ability to wash clothing for our final 2 weeks. The unit is in a fabulous location close to the old town square and the tunnel is just 3 blocks away.

Apartment has all necessary equipment for living and even more. The location is great- near metro, on the quiet street. The owner is very nice and friendly. My stay was very pleasant. I highly recommend this apartment.

Kevin was a great host! This apartment was perfect and comfortable. I immediately felt at home in it and would recommend this apartment to anyone that needs a long-term rental! Kevin was always easy to get in touch with and reached out regularly to check on how I was doing. Overall, a great experience! :)

Iara A. was a pleasure to rent from. She was responsible when we there were problems.

It's a nice apartment within walking distance of the beach. The street itself is quiet with a supermarket and gym close by. The connections to Cascais and Lisbon are excellent because the train station is less than a 3 mins walk. The interior is very homely and comfortable. All the usual facilities are available (except microwave) and we were able to use them with some experimentation (though some written instructions would have been appreciated). We especially appreciated the espresso machine and Bimy blender. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with supplies for cooking, cleaning, hygiene, etc. Communication with the owner was very smooth. She was helpful, friendly, and thoughtful - even provided us with organic vegetables and fruit from her community farm subscription. That said, she was 1.5 hours late to let us into the apartment. So we had to wait in a place completely unfamiliar to us with all our luggage in the middle of the night.. Although some things could have been better with our stay, we would still highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm stay that could include visiting the Portuguese beach often and traveling into Lisbon now and then.
