This very nice apartment is well located, comfortable, and has everything we needed for an extended stay. The only thing I would advise is a manual that would be helpful for foreign visitors with tips like “don’t leave a key in the door inside”. Also be sure to get the second set of keys as promised - obviously, we had a little key trouble while we were there! Overall a very nice flat.

Great location in a bustling area near grocery stores, shops, restaurants, cafes, bakery, print shop, banks and other services. Short walk to the metro. Nice patio and efficient kitchen. Bed is high quality and bedroom is quiet. Two minisplits for comfort. The alley in front can be noisy during daytime.

I stayed here 6 months and it was very nice. No issues. My room had the balcony and I loved it. So much light and access to fresh air. Plenty of places to put my stuff. Landlady was very nice and communicated well during my stay. Would recommend staying here for short or long term. Location was nice as well. Close to grocery and there was a barber and pub right downstairs in the square.

Zuzana is a really friendly and helpful person and was always there when we had questions or concerns. The apartment itself was very modern and nicely furnished. The apartment on Raday Utca is a perfect location for sightseeing in the city. I stayed for a month and tested out around 10 local restaurants on the street all of which were fantastic. (AnnaPurna 3 doors along is amazing). The flat itself is no frills but very reasonable price wise, secure and warm in winter. I felt safe there. The Metro, bus and tram stops all over the city are within a couple of minutes walk in any direction and there are supermarkets around 7 minutes away. There are 2 local gyms within 7 minutes walk and both are good for fitness enthusiasts. Perfect spot for an extended stay in Budapest!
