Everything good. Nice, clean apartment with a central location.

Good communication all through out, smooth check-in, check-out. We got set up with a fan and an extra set of keys, no problem... The place is in a perfect, most desirable location. 2-5 min walk to the Danube, Parliament, Metro 2 & 3, Trams and Trolleybus stop. The building is very secured and clean and the unit is nicely remodeled. For a full comfort though, could use a TV set and to make the hot summer days more bearable, an AC unit. The price is reasonable and would recommend it to anybody.

Not great, not terrible. Byt je celkem fajn, jen by ho to chtělo trochu lépe vybavit, zejména lepší matraci, z té po pár nocích už bolí záda a to nejsem nikterak náročný.

Skvělá lokace i byt! Orginální bytovy komplex s “ARTsy” atmosférou. Příroda na dosah se snadnou dostupností do centra. Velice si ceníme vyhrazeného parkoviste pro byt. Dekujeme za skvělý pobyt. PS: byt je hned pod střechou, tudíž v létě umí být v bytě fakt teplo, větrák v bytě pomáhá, ale klimatizaci bych ocenil.

Such a cute apartment with easy access and parking. The landlord was fantastic, spent time ensuring arrival and departures were smooth and that we were enjoying the place. The building has good secure keypad access, is clean and quiet. Fan of futebol ? This unit is close to the Porto FC stadium, has a good bkfst place close-by, is a block away from a small convenience store, offers 200+MB internet speeds and offers great access to the subway. Looking for a great place to stay in Porto ? This is it !!

Andy and his wife were so sweet to me. They made sure to help me with anything I needed and were always just a text or phone call away. They were nothing short of a blessing for me!

Apartment was perfect, everything new and modern, fully equipped. The location is a excellent, near the center, really close to metro station, but far enough to not be in the middle of the noise. Marta the host was really kind and helpful. I would definitely love to come again.

The apartment is really neat and has everything needed for comfortable life for two people. The flat looks much better than you can imagine by photos in the description. Petr is an extremely helpful landlord who is above all praise. I recommend the apartment to anybody interested.

I like the house, the landlord, and the place!

Edith and József communicated well throughout my entire stay, and were gracious hosts. I would recommend them to any guest looking for a place to stay in Budapest.

The initial greeting was good. Everything worked fine in the start. The washing machine broke and took nearly a week to get fixed, the water barely drained in the tub, we were told not to use one of the toiletts as it was not working properly. we tried to extend our stay and that was a nightmare of miscommunication and inflexibility. We had high hopes as the condo seemed quite nice and was otherwise comfortable. LANDLORD'S REPLY: This tenant caused a lot of damage in my apartment, destroyed the washing machine, the bed linen, the tablecloth and also broke the bathtub. Then he write huge lies about my apartment, that the toilet and the drain did not work. Even so he extended his stay by 2 days, I wonder why he extended it if the above things did not work. Because that was a giant lie. He was outraged because I had asked him for the money for the 2 extra nights. He did not want to pay for the two nights extra. He argued with me and was offended that he had to pay for the 2 extra nights. So that's why he wrote such negative things about me and the apartment.

It is a beautiful place!!
