Definitely a great place with a convenient location in a nice neighborhood. There are plenty of grocery stores, good public transportation, and an excellent balance between proximity to the city center, parks, the ocean, and beaches.

Teresa was very friendly and always willing to assist, making communication with her genuinely pleasant.

I did experience a few minor internet issues, but the owner was always eager to help.

Veronika was a great host, she was very responsive, and accommodated my request form having two sets of keys since my fiance was staying with me for a month. The apartment is in an excellent location, within a 30 second walk to the Tram station where you can get anywhere from there. If something needed doing, Hana was on it that day or the next day. I asked for a fan (ventilator). I had a brand new one the next day. The vacuum cleaner broke. The next there was a new one on the doorstep. Excellent response time and action

I had an amazing stay at this property! The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by mountains in every direction, offering a serene and peaceful atmosphere—perfect for getting a good rest after exploring the island, hiking the levadas, or swimming in natural pools. Luis was an excellent host, providing everything we needed, including an extra mattress for added comfort. The kitchen was fully equipped, and having a washing machine was a great convenience. If I return to Madeira, If I return to Madeira, I’d choose to stay here again without a doubt.

Rita is a really nice host and people person by nature. Since the day I reserved the room until I left she was very attentive, cheerful and always trying to help. She also has the coolest dogs ever. Her house has a nice vibe and very relaxing to work from if you're trying to stay away from the chaotic city but close at the same time to visit often. It has all the amenities you need to cook your meals and the internet connection is reliable and fast. The room was organized and super clean just like shown in the listing too. Also, it may seem like a remote location, but it's very close to a bus stop with different lines that will take you to Lisbon or different parts of Almada in less than 45 minutes or so. There are different types of restaurants, convenience stores, small family shops and grocery stores nearby as well. And the coast is only 30 minutes away on foot which is a nice walk. I will surely stay here again in the future. Até a próxima Rita! Obrigado.

Fantastic apartment (with an epic view!) fully stocked for a stay of any length. Walking distance from hiking trails, Bansko town and the gondola. Elitsa was responsive the whole time and was generous with suggestions of things to do in the area. I would highly recommend staying here!

This is the great place to live and rest. Views from the balcony are stanning. A supermarket is 5 mins by walk. Bus station is near by. The apartment has everything for life. The landlord is super friendly as a majority of portugeses. He replies quite soon to my queries.
Only one drawback is that the building located near to road so it might be quite noisy.
