Wir haben uns bei Ana sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung haben wir so vorgefunden wir beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und vollständig eingerichtet. Ana ist sehr freundlich und besonders hilfsbereit. Sie ist sehr darum bemüht, dass sich die Gäste wohlfühlen. Das Einchecken erfolgt persönlich und man wird sehr herzlich empfangen. Wir freuen uns schon darauf, nächstes Jahr hier ein paar Wochen zu verbringen.

Doporučuji, naprostá spokojenost. Byt je moderní a pěkně vymyšlený. Lokalita je jen pár minut od centra města Brna, v okolí restaurace, obchody. Velký bonus je dostupná terasa (společná jen pro několik bytů) s výhledem na centrum Brna, kde si člověk vychutná šálek kávy.

Komunikace byla skvělá od začátku až do konce. Přijemní majitelé.

The flat is equipped with everything necessary: the kitchen has all the essentials, the bathroom is fully furnished and clean, which allows for a comfortable living experience. Dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board - everything is available. The location of the flat is excellent - everything is nearby: grocery stores, numerous cafes, and attractions. It is definitely suitable for a long-term residence.

The landlord, Cidália, is a wonderful woman, very responsive and available for any questions. Always polite and responsive in communication.

I do recommend this apartment for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Great flat with everything you need, a pool and gym in the building (gym not included but it's very reasonably priced.) The Hello Vacations team were very helpful and readily available throughout our stay.
Me and my partner stayed for 2 months. We are digital nomads - no issues with the internet, the terrace is great for getting some work done. The only negative would be the chairs are not the most comfortable over long periods. But overall we had an amazing time, a great base to explore the Algarve.

Good communication with the landlord, I had a very pleasant stay. The place had everything I needed to live comfortably, from kitchen utensils to bed linens. It's also very warm in the studio even if it the weather is cold outside, which is great for the winter.

The apartment is very clean, simply but tastefully furnished and has a lot of natural light. It is great for a single traveler or even a couple. The kitchenette is good for basic cooking. A nice perk is the washer/dryer combo which is not commonly found in Hungarian flats. The heat works very well. I loved the balcony where you can sit outside and enjoy your breakfast. The owner Berti is a great host and responds speedily to any questions.

The apartment is located in a really nice, quiet area with cafes, shops, and bus stops at the door. The apartment is very spacious, luminous, clean. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Excellent) experience with this rented home & property manager.

This is a large apartment, with separate rooms, there are very large windows, lots of fresh air, light and AC in every room.

There is a workspace and the Wi-Fi works well throughout the place.

The property manager is delightful communicative and professional, took the time to show us everything around the apartment's open arrival, and explained the nearby shops.
