The flat was nice, close to public transport and had everything that was necessary. The owner sometimes did not respond to my requests

Overall I am very happy with my stay. The landlord was friendly and responsive, the apartment suited my needs and it was a good location for living. I especially liked the built-in storage system in the bedroom and the interior facing balcony. I do agree with a previous review that says "Bed was very comfortable but not remaining furniture. Basic bath and kitchen."

Ana Sofia's home is perfect. The bed is comfy, the WiFi is fast, and the location is magical. I highly recommend a stay here.

The apartment is not only comfortable, bright, and warm but also meticulously designed with thoughtful details. The panoramic view of the mountains and the National Palace of Pena in Sintra is absolutely breathtaking. The location is perfect – a serene, quiet area with convenient access to a nearby bus stop, a small grocery store, pastry shop, and cafés. We enjoyed exploring the beautiful beach, sand dunes, and scenic mountain trails within walking distance. Ursula and her family were delightful hosts, ensuring friendly and easy communication throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to create a welcoming environment, making our visit truly enjoyable. We highly recommend this apartment. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

This Flat is just Perfect and has everything you need for „living like home“. Bed is comfy, rooms are big enough, everything was clean and we never had a that short way to the gym which was Just across the Street. The Communication with the owner was good, friendly and reliable. We would come back.

Everything has been great except for check-in. Key was not in box. Made call to office and within half an hour key was in box.

Хорошое жилье за свою цену. Из минусов могу выделить отсутствие стиральной машины и очень маленькую кухню. Из плюсов: всегда тепло, хороший и тихий район, телевизор со смарт-тв, близость к торговому центру и приветливый домовладелец. Рекомендую! 👍

The apartment was as described. In one bedroom, there is a blue desk with a deskchair on wheels, which is good to work on. The second bedroom didn't have a desk. We needed a second working space and had to use the table from the veranda and a normal chair. The internet is excellent, we didn't have any technical problems with telephone or video conferences. The apartment has everything you need (if you don't need a dishwasher). The furniture is old style and the decorations fit to the name, Casa Shiva. Someone who is looking for a fancy, stylish place to stay, will be disappointed. We found the kitchen and the bathrooms are a bit worn out. But the big veranda, the view down to Cristo Rei and to the sea are worth the rent! We loved it. The old dog is no longer there, but Sverker just got a cute small and gentle dog who is still getting used to the surroundings. Sylvie sometimes gave yoga classes in the house, but most of the time, we didn't hear it. The landlords are very friendly and Sverker was very helpful, whenever there was a problem or a need, he was there.

Nice flat. Amazing location. Apartment looks into the courtyard so it's very quiet. Except for durig my stay in the bar downstairs there were renovations going on during working hours and Saturdays. The renovations seemed to be almost over when I left.

The apartment is sunny and cosy, Maurice did a great job in selecting both furniture and decorations. Kitchen appliances, utensils and dishes are of a good quality. Maurice is an excellent host, he was always responsive and ready to help if there was any inconvenience.

Large and beautiful private garden. The tiny house has everything you need for a comfortable stay for you and even your dog. =D

The location is excellent close to everything with cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, museums, libraries and public transportation. The apartment has everything you need to feel comfortable. Our only issue was the internet. Very low bandwidth share with other apartment and the last two days of our stay we have no internet at all, very problematic for us that work remotly. Eszter was very receptive with our concerns and try to solve the internet issues, but unfortunately was not solve.

We really enjoyed our stay! The appartment was incredibly clean, all the essentials provided. Amazing sofa!! The apartment doesn't have dedicated parking spot, but there's plenty paid parking spaces nearby -- free overnight (8pm-8am) and on Sundays. The street is full of bike shops and there's some sort of bike club bar, so it might be a bit noisy with windows opened. Walking distance from city centre and all the great cafes! 5 min walk to the nearby groccery store.

We stayed at this house for nearly a month, and it perfectly suited our needs, every detail well thought out, very clevery arranged, and ideally located near shops and the metro. Andreia was wonderful to deal with, she was very helpful and kind, and quickly responded to any questions we had. We highly recommend this place and these owners!

10/10 location, amenities, floor space, and landlord!! Kisanna's place really felt like home during my time in Budapest. It is a spacious home and offers everything I need for a long term stay - laundry machine, hot water, warm heater, good wifi, tv, towels, and a proper bed! I was able to walk everywhere within Budapest as it was a 15 min walk to the center and a 15 min walk to the thermal baths. Kisanna is also a very accommodating landlord, even meeting me late at night to check me in and make sure I had everything I needed for my stay. I love the way she decorated the place and created this cozy feeling in the house to contrast the cold winter days. I would definitely stay here again!
