Marie is an excellent host and a truly kind-hearted person. I was lucky enough to spend nearly eight months in her flat, while I had to be in Brno for a work-related project. If only I could stay in Marie's flat more! When I checked in, the flat was very clean, and she provided me with all the necessary amenities and toiletries. She was always very quick in responding to my messages, doing everything she could to make my stay in Brno as smooth as possible. Her flat is ideal for a couple, but it could also work very well for single professionals wishing to live a comfortable flat. It is also modern, well-appointed, spacious and bright; warm during the winter, and cool during the summer. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, right next to Bílá Hora, which is a hilly green park that offers lovely views of the entire city of Brno. It's also the perfect spot for some exercise in the nature (e.g. hiking, jogging, etc.). The flat is also right next to a super market, and only about 800m away from a big shopping centre. Additionally, it's very well connected to the city centre both by tram and bus. I can't recommend enough this flat to anyone planning to live in Brno for a while, or even longer. Actually, the more, the better, as long as it's in Marie's flat!

The landlord is punctual and easy to cooperate with. The apartment is in a very quiet area, well furnished and is excellent in every regard except for the shower, in which you have to be very careful not to flood the bathroom.

Great location, nice community garden!

Totalmente recomendable, el piso es muy elegante y la habitación muy amplia con una cama grande y mucho espacio para organizar. Dispone de escritorio de estudio y salida exterior a un balcón desde la habitación. La ubicación es perfecta cerca de la playa, del centro de la ciudad, de supermercados y accesos de transporte o en coche cercanos.

A lakás olyan mint a képeken, jól fel van szerelve. Egyedül egy íróasztalt hiányoltunk, ami kényelmesebbé tenné az itt létet a home office-ban dolgozók számára.

Vitor was a great host! He was very responsive to my messages and helpful with any requests I had. Stayed in this flat for 2 weeks at the end of August so it was very hot but Vitor supplied a fan which was incredibly helpful. Large queen size bed was very comfortable, sofa and large kitchen table makes it an ideal apartment to work from. Wifi worked great too. Small but functional kitchen. The street noise may bother some people when the windows are open but I'm a light sleeper and I slept fine with ear plugs.
