Me and my friend rented Gerrit's apartment the whole autumn and overall we loved the place. The neighbourhood is ideal and the apartment feels very homely. It's in a quite street but close to everything you need. The only complaint we could have is that it's a bit untidy in the apartment, it could be a bit more cleaned. However it's a great apartment for its price point and I would highly recommend it!

It is a cosy flat with quite everything you need (nice bed, equipped kitchen, microwave, washing machine etc.). It is well located in a quite neighborhood with a Minimarket on the other side of the street and about 10 Min by foot to the metro station Andel, where you have access to a range of trams and lots of restaurants and shops. The landlady is super friendly and answers your questions very quick. The flat is a bit below the "standard" of flats in Germany and thus a bit expensive (but in general it is hard to find an inexpensive flat in Prague for short to mid term rent) but nevertheless I really enjoyed living there for 3 months.

Pronájem bytu paní Martiny mohu vřele doporučit. Vše proběhlo naprosto bez problémů, s koordinátorkou bytu paní Vilmou byla vždy milá a příjemná komunikace a se vším vyšla vstříc. V bytě je vše přesně jako na fotkách. Byt byl čistý a velmi pěkně zařízený, že si člověk připadal opravdu jako doma. Ráda opět ubytování využiji.

1- Location was very good and near to every thing. 5 stars, 2- Cleanliness Studio: 3 stars Every thing was clean except the washer has some water inside so in the future please check always the washer status and also there was some cuts in bed case, 3-Other amenities were very good and useful (kettle, Fridge and TV).

Die Wohnung war ganz prima. U Bahn Station in der Naehe. Die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat immer sofort reagiert und geholfen. Ich bin sehr dankbar für die Wohnung und für die tolle Gastfreundschaft. Ich kann nur empfehlen.
