A very spacious one bedroom appartment in the heart of Prague. Trams and Buses available in walking distance and so are grocery stores and super markets. A lovely Public Park nearby to spend your evenings. A basement appartment which is a blessing in disguise during summer. Its 35 degrees outside but 20 degrees inside. Has a de-humidifier which helsp keeps very cool inside the house. Has all the basic essential amenities and modern. A wonderful host who is very supportive. When I requested some additional cooking pots he immediately got me 2 addtional pots within a day. When we had some issues with our microwave oven, within 2 hours they replaced with a new one. Would recomment this to any one and we look forward to staying here again in our next visit.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay at Andreea’s and were sad to leave. The unit has everything you’ll need for a long term stay as we did (3 months). It has all the comforts of home. You simply need to bring your suitcase and you’re moved in. The wifi connection is perfect. Neighbours are quiet and respectful. To make the stay a bit more comfortable when nights began to get hot, Andreea was happy to bring a fan for us. Being a bit out of the centre makes coming home to the place feel calming and homey. The metro and bus station are a short 10-15 min walk away. There are also many grocery shops around which are easy to get to. Not to mention the airport is one bus ride away. Overall very satisfying stay.

I had a very nice journey in the flat, the owner is very kind and always careful when I need it. One negative point of the hosting is the noise when it comes to weekend and short-Time journey. Overall I recomend this rented appartment !

We had a wonderful stay at Cátia and Rui’s studio! The apartment is thoughtfully designed, making excellent use of the space and providing everything needed for a comfortable short-term stay. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into every detail. Cátia and Rui were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and always happy to help with any questions or recommendations. They made our first month in Porto feel easy and stress-free. The studio is located with the city center just a short trip away. While Porto’s buses can sometimes be a bit unpredictable, there are several nearby metro stations that make getting around the city quick and easy.

I would love to thank Susana for her friendliness and hospitality. Her apartment is amazing and cozy, contains all you may need - like washing, dish-washing machines, microwave, vacuum, high-speed internet. Nearest local supermarket is in front of the building and nearest Lidl is 5-10 mins walking. Many buses run to different city's areas frequently from the nearest bus stop and what's also nice - this bus ride may be combinated with a metro ride for extra 20 cents. For example, a bus ride to Praça do Comércio takes just 15 minutes. Thank you, Susana! We will be pleased to stay at your apartment again when we are in Lisbon.

Home was in great condition and in a perfect location with access to all the amenities. Host was very helpful and came out immediately to help witj the operation of the TV .

Cozy and charming apartment with beautiful art in a very central area of Paris. It has all the covenient appliances and comforts for a long-term stay. The apartment is very well stocked, like home away from home. We typically buy or bring our own things, but it is nice if you run out of something, and it's available. A kitchen is perfectly stocked for French cooking (I highly recommend taking a French cooking class while in Paris), it has an induction stove and an oven, a big toaster, several types of coffee machines (e.g. filter coffee or capsules, although we travel with our own Moka pot). Having a dishwasher and a washing machine was very convenient. The apartment has two desks and one large dinner table, so plenty of space to work at. Very fast internet - great for remote work. It has TV and all the channels, youtube, etc. The bed was comfortable and each room has heating for cold nights / months. Good lighting to read books or work. It can get hot in the summer but that's typical for Paris where historic buildings do not have air conditioning. The location is excellent right by the prettiest square in Paris, Place des Vosges, very close to everything, many cafes, shops, markets around. The apartment is in the back so it is very quiet despite many people on the street during the day. Serge was very responsive when we needed help. I highly recommend it.

The experience was ok, the owner was as expected, except that I am tall, in the pictures the apartment looked very big, in reality for me personally it was small, at 105kg and 1.85 it is almost impossible for me to climb that ladder, otherwise everything is perfect

My family stayed in this beautiful apartment for 23 days. The apartment is spacious, and it has everything you need. They really enjoyed their stay there. It is located in the 12th district which is very safe and peaceful location, and you can get to the city center easily by bus 8E. We highly recommend it, and will definitely stay again next time. We stayed here for five months, and it was a wonderful experience. Richard was a friendly, responsive, and helpful host throughout our stay, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The apartment was perfect for our needs and had everything we could possibly have wanted. Aliz is so helpful and the unit is sooo comfortable. You have everything you need in the room. It literally feels like home. The internet speed is amazing for two of us to use. We need to use zoom all the time at the same time and there was no issues.

Nice comfortable apartment in a safe area. Near tram and metro plus lots of supermarket options. Bonus about the location is that the Neos Kosmos Saturday farmers' market is literally round the corner!
