A Localização era muito boa, no geral o apt era bom, mas me incomodou o cheiro forte de fossa que estava sempre no banheiro. E também quando comentei com a senhoria, se era normal ou se era alguma tipo de vazamento, não me respondeu. Se não fosse pelo cheiro, ficaria ali de novo com certeza.

Um espaço acolhedor,limpo e super agradável. Foi uma experiência fantástica e gente muito acolhedora... recomendo vivamente!

Maria is very responsive and helpful. The location is excellent and very close to the historical city and yet quiet.. We enjoyed our one month stay. The kitchen has all the amenities needed. The backyard with the lawn was amazing space. and overall apartment is beautiful. Strongly recommend

We lived in Maria's apartment for 7 months. Maria welcomed us with friendliness and was always helpful and answered all our questions! The communication was excellent, and problems was solved quickly! The House was nice and clean, and included everything we needed for a long stay! Great location near metro, grocery stores, shops, cafes, and other services. Area is quiet and suitable for families. We were happy to stay there!

We had an amazing stay here! This was by far the most well-equipped accommodation we've ever stayed at. We spent a whole month here and had everything we needed and more. The shared pool and BBQ area were a big plus and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Mariana was very kind and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in the apartment, which is perfectly located for exploring Porto. Most of the main sights are within walking distance, making it an ideal base to discover the city. The apartment itself was comfortable and had everything I needed for a great stay.

This was one of my best stays in Portugal: starting from arrival till departure. Barry is the best from the best hosts: he shared clear instructions how to find the property and was very kind to show me around the neighborhood and give tips where to eat out etc. He is a true gentleman and I really enjoyed talking to him and the company!!! The studio is very bright and clean, full of light, airy and has everything one needs. It is exactly what you see in the pictures in flatio. It was so nice to wake up and listen to birds singing. Very calm and tranquil place. A 20 minute walk will take you to the ocean and Cascais is close by. Pingo doce supermarket is across the narrow road so it actually takes a minute and you find yourself in the supermarket and can get what you need. The property and the host are both highly recommended. I will definitely come back again.

Lakásfelújítás miatt töltöttünk hónapokat az ingatlanban. A ház kifogástalan állapotban van, nagyon jó elrendezésű, nagyon jól berendezett és teljes mértékben felszerelt. Az internet kapcsolat nagyon jó. A környék csendes. Zsuzsanna nagyon kedves és rugalmas. Minden kérdésre a lehető legrövidebb időn belül válaszol. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, mintha otthon lennénk.

Krásny bytík v skvelej lokalite Prahy. Počas môjho pobytu som bola s bytom veľmi spokojná, je skvele vybavený a v blízkosti je všetko po ruke - zastávka električky, potraviny, lekáreň aj reštaurácie. Výborná lokalita, čisté a udržiavané priestory a bezproblémová komunikácia s majiteľom. Odporúčam každému, kto hľadá pohodlné a spoľahlivé bývanie.

Селия была очень добра и отзывчива. Мы с ней не встречались, но она была всегда на связи. Сама квартира превзошла наши ожидания, она гораздо лучше, чем на фото. Почти новая, отделанная дорогими материалами с качественной мебелью, удобной кроватью и белоснежным бельем. Расположение отличное, в самом центе исторического центра, как я понимаю. Недалеко есть большой супермаркет Пингодос с большим выбором. Совсем рядом метро, кафе, рестораны. Немного шумновато из-за улицы, но не критично. За-то не скучно, всегда есть на что посмотреть из окон.

We recently had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment in Porto! Located on the 3rd floor, this apartment offers a clean and modern space that's perfectly sized for a couple. While the terrace/garden is shared with the building and is on the ground floor, the apartment itself had pretty much everything we could need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. What we loved: - The apartment was spotlessly clean and felt very modern. It was clear that the hosts take great care in maintaining the space. - Despite being small, it was perfectly sized for two people. We never felt cramped and it had everything we needed without feeling cluttered. - We really appreciated that the apartment was so well-equipped. It truly had all the essentials for a comfortable stay, making it feel like a home away from home. - The fridge and freezer space were fantastic – plenty of room for our groceries and leftovers. - Having separate AC units with remote controls in both the living room and bedroom was a huge plus, allowing us to customize the temperature in each space. Things to be aware of: - Being on the road-facing side, there is some traffic noise, especially during the night. As a light sleeper, I was initially a little concerned about this, but honestly, it wasn't bad at all. After a few days, I barely noticed it at all. - We did experience some stickiness with the front door lock. It often took a bit of jiggling the key and the door to get it open, sometimes taking a few minutes. It's a minor inconvenience but worth noting and a little frustrating at times. Small improvements that would make it perfect 10/10: - The shower was good with plenty of hot water, but the showerhead was handheld and quite small with somewhat limited pressure. A larger showerhead, perhaps even with a fixed option in addition to the handheld one, would enhance the showering experience. - We noticed that one of the pans was quite scratched. We simply used the other available pan, so it wasn't a significant problem, but it might be worth replacing in the future. Overall: Despite a couple of very minor points, we had a fantastic stay in this apartment. It's well-located in Porto, making it easy to explore the city. Communication with the host was also excellent and very helpful. We would definitely recommend this apartment to other couples looking for a clean, modern, and well-equipped base for their Porto adventure!

The apartment is very spacious, it has everything you need for both a short and long stay. The transport connections in Prague are excellent, so we had no problems getting to any part of Prague
