The apartment was exactly as pictured and described. It is in a very private and quiet courtyard shared with 3 other neighbors and a long way from the busy street in the location north of the Castelo de São Jorge, basically between Alfama and Graça. There are a LOT of steps to get to the apartment so anyone having mobility issues may wish to look for alternative accommodations. Owner Pedro is very easy to communicate with, and any immediate issues may often be addressed by one of the other apartment owners, José, who is exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would return to this apartment any time, it was very good.

Apto é mto confortável e funcional, apesar de ter que subir 3 lances de escada com peso nas costas cada vez que ia às compras. Oferece todo tipo funcionalidades na cozinha, roupas de cama e banho impecáveis.
Banheiro de excelente tamanho, inclusive com máquina de lavar roupas, porém vaza água por baixo do box durante o banho. Eles minimizam essa situação chamando um encanador, porém o problema persistiu. Tb há um cheiro de esgoto vindo da pia e da maquina de lavar, talvez por ser um prédio mto antigo, o que me fez usar mto spray e deitar água na pia para diminuir um pouco esse cheiro.
No mais, eu indico com certeza , pois o apartamento está mto bem cuidado, pintado e oferece todo conforto para o dia a dia.
A região tb oferece de tudo, mercados, farmácias, lojas diversas, restaurantes e tascas, etc

I stayed here for 2 months and it was a perfect experience. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for a long-term stay.

The location is excellent: it is a very quiet area where you live among locals, yet it’s conveniently close to the metro and tram stations. Having supermarkets just a block away made daily life very easy.

Berti is a great host. Kind and always very quick to respond to any message. I highly recommended this place for anyone spending time in Budapest.

It is fully equipped with everything you need, and communication with the owner was smooth and very good throughout my stay. The apartment is a bit dated and somewhat noisy, as sound carries easily, but the street itself is quiet and peaceful.

We had a wonderful 7-week stay in Apartment #3 at Manesova 86. The flat has ample space for two people to reside. It was very clean. Great bathroom, shower, mattress, patio, and patio furniture. Manesova Street is very quiet with great access to parks, metro, trams, restaurants, and grocery stores. We appreciated the nighttime security light at the entrance to the building. We would love to book this flat again on our next visit to Prague. One suggestion is to have instructions left in the flat for operating the cooktop, oven, microwave, washing machine, and television.

Great stay at Vysehrad. The flat is a lovely, light, and warm space that feels inviting from the moment you walk in. It is impressively well thought out for a compact layout and doesn't feel cramped at all. The location is excellent with everything you need nearby and easy transport connections to get around the city. Aliz is a fantastic host, she is very responsive when it comes to messages and booking requests. She is a very friendly person who even gave us great recommendations during our stay, whether for bars, cafés, or unique places to visit. I 100% recommend her as a host on Flatio. It’s hard to imagine better service.

In addition, the apartment was extremely clean from the start. It is large and spacious, making it perfect for a mid- to long-term stay. I also highly recommend the apartment itself.

Another big plus: the apartment is located right in front of a tram and bus stop, making it easy to travel anywhere in Budapest. So the location is excellent as well.

I would like to thank Aliz for this rental, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again if I return to Budapest in the future.
