A comfortable apartment located in the core of Budapest, good for tourism and for work travel.

Michaela was a great landlord with excellent communication. Michaela answered my endless questions prior to lease signing and after, she met us at the apartment and showed us around before handing over the keys. The apartment was clean, comfortable and in a great location for public transport and shopping directly across the street. We were visiting Prague last minute due to my son’s serious illness and surgery and Michaela provided comfort and compassion for our situation checking in with me often. I highly recommend Michaela’s apartment.

Paulo is a very hospitable host. He introduced us to the best places in the area and gave us tips about Lisbon. The flat is equipped with everything we needed. We are a family with a child and the flat was perfect to stay in.

Mieszkanie, które wynająłem w Sao Vicente, to była idealna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania wyspy z własnym transportem. Mieszkanie było położone w spokojnej okolicy, z przepięknym widokiem. Do centrum Sao Vicente było 5min skuterem. Mieszkanie było bardzo czyste i schludne. Wszystko działało bez zarzutu, a wyposażenie było w pełni zadowalające. W kuchni znajdowała się lodówka, kuchenka, piekarnik, mikrofalówka, czajnik elektryczny, ekspres kapsułkowy i niezbędne naczynia. Salon i sypialnia w pełni wyposażone (w tym w otwartą szafę, więc nie było problemu z przechowywaniem rzeczy). Metraż mieszkania na dwie osoby w zupełności wystarczający. Do tego taras wyposażony w mały solik, krzesła i parasol. Do użytku mieliśmy również pralkę, która znajduje się w pomieszczeniu ogólnodostępnym. Kontakt z gospodarzem po angielsku poprzez WhatsAppa, zawsze błyskawicznie odpisywał i można było podpytać o wydarzenia które odbywały się w okolicy. My spędziliśmy tutaj 20dni i postaramy się jeszcze wrócić. Polecam każdemu kto kocha naturę i poszukuje cichego miejsca wypadowego.

The appartement was really nice and Natalia was kind and helpful ! Just missing a fee basic necessities like pod for de dishwasher or the washing machine for the start for us to have time to buy some if needed. She kindly accepted to bring us some plates for the oven since there was none at first.

The landlord and apartment were wonderful! The landlord is quick to communicate and very accommodating. The apartment was so convenient to the city center and it was very quiet and quite cozy. I would recommend this flat and landlord to anyone visiting Brno to an extended period of time.

Very nice apartment and host

Great house with everything a family needs. Absolutely no issues with the state of the place, the equipment etc. The only, very small, issue was that only one key for the house and the gate is shared with the tenants, which complicates things when the group of adults is spending time there. But that is nothing we couldn't deal with.

Everything was clean and comfortable.

Nice place, close to center with frequently running public transportation. The nearby homeless center disturbs the stay a bit.

Me and my boyfriend stayed at Lior's apartment for 1 month while working remotely and it was a an amazing experience. Both the place and location are perfect. The apartment is well equipped and super comfortable, the design is unique and the high ceilings make the place feel spacious and bright. Lior, our host was always super friendly and attentive and made out stay even better. Highly recommend this place and I'd definitely stay here again.

Communication with the hosts was very good before and during my stay. The flat was clean and as described in the photos. It has what is needed for a stay of a few weeks. The price point is hard to beat for the Cascais area. It is outside of the main centres but it takes about 15 minutes to get to Cascais by bus and the buses are fairly reliable. Personally I would recommend it for a short stay of perhaps up to a few weeks given the location that is outside of the main centres and the fact that you are sharing a house with a family of four.

The apartment is gorgeous - very clean, spacious, and picturesque. The view from the patio and balconies are definitely my favourite. The communication with Margarida was smooth and always on time via the Flatio platform. The apartment is located to close to public transport stops, a big supermarket is just a few minutes away, and the old town streets are nearby for an evening stroll. It is just 10-15 minutes walking to the central square in Lisbon – great location overall.

Miroslav is a great landlord who takes care of everything! When I needed something even when I was sick he was there I really appreciate his endeavors. The location of the house is perfect, everything you need is very close, the only negative aspect during my stay was the humidity of the house. When you will tene the House longterm keep that in mind. But except the humidity problem i was evet satisfied

We enjoyed a great stay here for a month in September. Apartment met our needs very well and is in a great location.

Katila is amazing host! It is easy to be in connect with her The apartment is very cozy and ready for living, the terrace is wonderful! The kitchen is fully equipped, it's really pleasure to cook there.

great host, great accomodation - place seems a bit far from the centre at first, but its not really that bad. the contact with the host was really pleasant, the flat very tidy and spacious, and the neighbourhood got a really chill vibe to it
