From the very first contact, I had a great feeling. Even upon arrival, they were incredibly helpful. Every month my bedding was changed, and they often brought little treats like oranges or lemons from their home. Whenever any issue arose, they responded very quickly.

The apartment itself was very well maintained and ideally located—just a 5-minute walk to the city center and 10 minutes to Bacvice. The neighbors were quiet and hardly noticeable.

Truly wonderful and lovely people, and definitely a place I would highly recommend.

The appartment is very comfortable, with everything you need. The appartment is quiet close to the center, especially with the tram stop in front of the building.
The only downside is the price, being a bit expensive.

Lucia is a very kind and hospitable host. She made me feel very welcome in her home and in her city. She always had some helpful advice or recommendation to help me settle in during my 2 month stay. She recommended a Spanish school that was excellent as well as lots of great places to visit and eat and drink and even found somewhere for me to store my motocycle securely. Her place is perfectly situated, close to the old part of the city and within walking distance of everything you could possibly need. I loved living with her and her cats! I will be back!

Excellent hosts, friendly, good communication, great experience with them. Home is in established neighborhood, very close to train station with good access to Porto. Nicely decorated, well appointed with everything necessary. Great size with large rooms, plus 1 full and one half bathrooms. Had a good stay overall.

A localização é ótima, o apartamento tem tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia confortável e agradável. O atendimento dos responsáveis também é muito atencioso e cordial, nas vezes em que enviei mensagem responderam prontamente. Os únicos pontos que pode ser importante mencionar, é que não é um local silencioso, mesmo durante a noite (principalmente nos fins de semana) e não é possível deixar o quarto totalmente escuro, mas nos hospedaria la novamente com toda a certeza.

The apartment was as described in the listing, modern with all the necessary comforts. The shower had excellent water pressure and a good size to turn around. The bedroom is large with access to the balcony. There is a balcony but the view is partially blocked by another building. However, you can see views of the marina and epic sunrises.

The apartment is located less than 10 minutes walk to Praia da Rocha. There are restaurants on both sides of the street. French, Asian fusion, and local Portuguese restaurants are around the corner and across the street. There is a mini mart in the sister building across the street. Spar and Intermarche supermarkets are less than 10 minutes away via walking. Public transportation is nearby. So, a car is not necessary.

The building is located uphill which i was not expecting especially dragging suitcases. Once inside the building, there is a handicap ramp. Besides the unwanted leg exercises , I had a pleasant stay.
