Very nice and spacious home in an amazing location.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the apartment. The location was great and the space itself had a lot of potential — once I’d settled in, it became a comfortable base. However, there were a few issues worth mentioning for future guests. The apartment wasn’t handed over in the cleanest condition — the vacuum was already full, the toilet brush was dirty, some of the bedding was stained, and I had to unblock drains and defrost the freezer. I also bought additional cleaning products to get things into shape, and purchased a clothes drying rack since there wasn’t one available for outside drying — which I’ve left behind for future guests. I don’t believe it should be my responsibility to clean up after previous tenants, especially without the proper tools to do so. That said, I left the apartment in the condition it should have been handed over in. One of the two hob rings stopped working early in the stay and, although I reported it straight away, it wasn’t repaired during my time there. In general, communication from the host during the stay could have been more timely. All in all, the apartment was a great place to stay once I got past the initial maintenance issues. With a bit more attention to detail and responsiveness, it could have been excellent from the start.

Petar is a great host answered all my questions and inquiries ASAP, amazing home could have not asked for a better location. The actual apartment was very clean, big comfortable bed, and everything you’ll need in a kitchen for a mid term rental. 10/10 Satisfaction.

We loved our stay in this apartment – it’s a great fit for a couple. The location is very convenient: the metro is nearby, there’s a small supermarket right next door, and a larger one about a 15‑minute walk away. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The apartment is well‑equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and has all essential appliances. The host was friendly and helpful – many thanks for the warm hospitality!

Luís bol skvelým hostiteľom. Bol nápomocný, flexibilný, rýchle komunikoval, dal nám super tipy na výlety a miesta po Madeire. Nemali sme s ním absolútne žiadny problém.

Was an excellent apartment to stay in, there is a supermarket 1 minute walk away, friendly host and plenty of things to do in the area. The bed was a little bit firm/springy and there is no oven but apart from that it was an excellent stay!

We had a great 10-day stay in this apartment. Everything was very clean, and the host was kind, polite, and always helpful when we had questions. The apartment had everything we needed, and the location is excellent — right in the city center, with a metro station nearby. We came straight from the airport by metro and walked just a short distance to get there. Everything was perfect — thank you!

Instalações muito boas; além de ótima localização em relação ao metro e outras atividades comerciais. Anfitrião extremamente atencioso. O único senão foi a não solução da secagem da máquina de lavar/secar que não funcionou durante o período da estadia.

At first we were disappointed because we didn't understand that we would be sharing the accommodation with the owners. In fact, we had our own bedroom and bathroom, in a separate part of the apartment. The kitchen and living room were shared. However, Selena made sure that we felt like we were at home, so the disappointment was quickly suppressed. We felt welcome, and free. Everything else was more than adequate.

The accommodation was exactly as described. The photos fully correspond to the condition found. At certain moments there was noise from the apartment above, but nothing unbearable. Everything else was without a single word of complaint. Communication with Marta was good and she helped us with some of her advice and recommendations related to city life. Definitely a facility to recommend.

Me and my wife stayed at this apartment a bit more than 1 month. That was a super great stay. Apartment is new and very clean. We had a very pleasant time here. Also the district is very calm and close to everything you need. Matilde (host) provided the best experience for us and was very friendly and responsive. I definitely recommend this place as one of the best. You will like it 100%.

I stayed here during my Erasmus in Prague and honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The landlord was always kind, respectful, and responsive to anything I needed. From day one, I felt super comfortable in the flat, which made my time in the city even more special. I have absolutely no complaints — everything was perfect! Thank you so much for everything 🌟

I recently stayed in this apartment and overall, it was a great experience. The space was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was also fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. There were just a couple of small things that were missing, but nothing major to impact the overall stay. Despite these minor details, I would definitely recommend this apartment to others and would happily stay here again.

Прекрасные апартаменты в небольшом городке рядом с Тавирой. Квартира просторная, очень чистая и в ней есть всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха. В апартаментах всё сделано с любовью и каждая мелочь говорит о том, что вам здесь рады! 2 больших балкона-террасы в апартаментах - это замечательное место, где можно поужинать и встретить закат! Наличие лифта и парковки прям под домом очень порадовало. José Faria прекрасный мужчина, очень гостеприимный и переодически обращался к нам, чтоб убедиться что нам максимально комфортно! На все вопросы и просьбы отвечал моментально. В этом доме собачкам рады также как и людям! Из этих апартаментов легко добраться до любой достопримечательности Португалии как на авто, так и на поезде, так как железнодорожная станция недалеко от дома. Мы провели в этих апартаментах незабываемые 2 месяца и уже мечтаем вернуться сюда снова! José спасибо Вам за всё!!!
