StayProtection
StayProtection for Guests is a Flatio coverage that applies to you at all times. It was designed to protect you, your money, and your peace of mind. StayProtection also includes an exclusive Move-in Guarantee, ensuring you'll have a place to stay even if things don't go as planned.
StayProtection + Stay Benefits
Stay Benefits is a special part of the StayProtection coverage which doesn't come with all Flatio properties. They include liability insurance, assistant services, and 24/7 online support for all situations covered by this package.
You can read more about the StayProtection and Stay Benefits packages and when they are applicable on this page.
Flatio holds your money until you move in. The host is paid after your move-in day, not before.

Hello! Thanks for taking the time to look at our listings.
My name is Michael (my friends call me Misha) I live in Boston MA. I am friendly, outgoing, and love to meet new people. I welcome suggestions and am always looking to make my guest's experiences as enjoyable as possible. If there is anything I can do to improve your stay, just ask!
I travel a lot and since discovering the STR option I much prefer to stay in the real houses/apartments then in hotels. I think through the STR experience you get to enjoy much more the local atmosphere, getting more unique experience and much better vibe about different mentalities and cities.
I'm very respectful of other people houses and try to leave as less of a "footprint" as possible. I'm very eager to share our properties with our guests.
I'm a hard, driven and passionate, striving to make the best experience possible for my guests. My team consists of a few different amazing people. Typically our responses to our guests will be coming from either Chen or myself! We are constantly checking the app to make sure we see any messages from our stays and answer them in a timely matter. We are here to help, guide and provide a smooth and peaceful stay for our guests (you)!
