The location of the apartment is excellent. Close to transit, in a neighborhood with lots of grocery stores, pharmacies, and other needed amenities.

Spacious 4-Bedroom Apartment Near Sagrad

The location of the apartment is excellent. Initially, the owners were quite friendly, but later I discovered they were asking for additional cash payments outside of the official contract—for cleaning and utilities. I was later informed that such payments were not permitted, which made me feel misled and taken advantage of.

When I requested an emergency checkout two days early, they still insisted on charging me for the unused days without asking for the reason or attempting to reach a fair compromise.

The apartment itself is not as luxurious as the photos suggest. Several amenities were missing, doors didn’t close properly, and both the fridge and washing machine were extremely noisy. Air conditioning was only available in the living room, with none in the bedrooms. Most rooms lacked windows.

In summary, while this apartment may work for short-term stays due to its location, be cautious: the rooms are very small, the actual condition differs significantly from the pictures, and you should carefully review the contract before agreeing to any additional payments, or feel obliged to pay...
