Dear Future Tenant,<br /><br />My name is Ádám Prancz, and I work as a programmer. I have always dreamed of owning a seaside property, and I finally made it a reality. I renovated this apartment for myself with great care, employing an interior designer to ensure every detail is perfect. When choosing the location, the most important aspects were a peaceful neighborhood and a highly central position (everything is within walking distance). Unfortunately, I can only work abroad for 3 months a year, so during the remaining time, you now have the opportunity to work from a true earthly paradise at an affordable price, in complete comfort!<br /><br />I hope to welcome you soon as our returning guest!
