I had a very good experience with this flat and with the owner. The apartment was clean, comfortable, quiet, and well furnished, with plenty of natural light throughout. The hosts were always quick to respond to questions and were a pleasure to deal with. The location is in a peaceful residential area with convenient access to public transit, and the grocery store next to the building was especially convenient.

Neighborhood
It is a quiet residential neighbourhood with easy access to a bus and about a 15-minute walk to a tram stop. There is a lovely park nearby, along with a grocery store, a drug store, a small cafe and a wine bar. For more variety of shops and restaurants, you need to walk about 15-30 minutes or take a bus/tram.

We rented this apartment for two months. The apartment is located in a new building in a great location. There is a public transport stop, a grocery store, and a beautiful park nearby. The apartment itself is very modern and has all the necessary amenities. Mr. and Mrs. Woodhouse were very kind and always ready to help. We recommend this accommodation for both short-term and long-term stays.

The neighborhood where the accommodation is located is very peaceful and quiet. There are several parks nearby. There is also a grocery store right in the building and a nice wine bar across the street.

Recommended places nearby
The accommodation is located near one of the main tram routes leading to the city center, and there are also bus stops nearby to the nearest metro station, so you can easily reach any part of the city. There is a good restaurant and wine bar in the neighborhood.
