StayProtection
StayProtection for Guests is a Flatio coverage that applies to you at all times. It was designed to protect you, your money, and your peace of mind. StayProtection also includes an exclusive Move-in Guarantee, ensuring you'll have a place to stay even if things don't go as planned.
StayProtection + Stay Benefits
Stay Benefits is a special part of the StayProtection coverage which doesn't come with all Flatio properties. They include liability insurance, assistant services, and 24/7 online support for all situations covered by this package.
You can read more about the StayProtection and Stay Benefits packages and when they are applicable on this page.
Flatio holds your money until you move in. The host is paid after your move-in day, not before.

Hi
I was living in Budapest but relocated to a different city in Hungary therefore the apartment is available. I painted and cleaned it last year and this year rarely used the condo. You will have a secure and quite nest over there on the sixth floor, we can later exchnge linkedin profile or something else to learn each other.
Good Luck !
