StayProtection
StayProtection for Guests is a Flatio coverage that applies to you at all times. It was designed to protect you, your money, and your peace of mind. StayProtection also includes an exclusive Move-in Guarantee, ensuring you'll have a place to stay even if things don't go as planned.
StayProtection + Stay Benefits
Stay Benefits is a special part of the StayProtection coverage which doesn't come with all Flatio properties. They include liability insurance, assistant services, and 24/7 online support for all situations covered by this package.
You can read more about the StayProtection and Stay Benefits packages and when they are applicable on this page.
Flatio holds your money until you move in. The host is paid after your move-in day, not before.

Beachfront, beautiful, modern and cozy apartment that will make you feel like home. Two balconies offer stunning views of the beach, and Adriatic sea. Full panoramic sunset views are spectacular and unforgettable.
I'm a passionate traveler and foodie. So far, I have traveled to more than 70 countries met lovely people and learned about so many cultures and traditions. I very much appreciate when I'm away from home and get an accommodation where I feel welcome and like home. This is what I would like my guests to feel like when they are in my apartment in Vlora. Everything in the apartment is there to make your stay as comfortable as possible and make you feel like home.
Beachfront promenade is very popular and evenings very lively. Restaurants in the vicinity offer a very diverse cuisine with excellent quality and value for money. Beautiful coast and pristine beaches. Vlora is located very close to the cultural UNESCO heritage site, city of Berat, Apollonia National and Llogara National Parks which are ideal for daily excursions. Highly recommended is a boat tour to the nearby Karaburun-Sazan National Marine Park and also a short drive to the Zvrnec island with the 13-14th century Byzantine Monastery.
