The place is great and has pretty much every amenity you could need for a comfortable stay. Everything was perfectly clean when we arrived, and we had a smooth and pleasant experience throughout our stay. My wife and I stayed here for around 40 days, and the location was also excellent, with easy access to public transportation that allowed us to get pretty much anywhere.

A special shoutout to Aliz, who was a wonderful host. She was incredibly kind and helpful and made sure everything went smoothly, especially during check-in and check-out. Honestly, she was one of the best hosts we’ve ever had.

One thing to be aware of is that there are stairs to climb to reach the apartment, so this may be challenging for guests with mobility issues or special accessibility needs. Other than that, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Aliz is so helpful and the unit is sooo comfortable. You have everything you need in the room. It literally feels like home.
The internet speed is amazing for two of us to use. We need to use zoom all the time at the same time and there was no issues.

I stayed in this apartment for three weeks in Budapest and had a truly wonderful experience.
Aliz has been an amazing host from start to finish. She was always available and incredibly responsive, no matter what time I messaged her, she replied almost immediately with impressive kindness and warmth. It’s rare to find a host who is so attentive and genuinely caring.
The apartment was in excellent condition when I arrived: very clean, well maintained, and clearly looked after with care. It felt comfortable and welcoming from the very first day. The location is also fantastic, extremely well situated, with everything you might need close by and very convenient transport connections.
During my stay, the drying rack accidentally broke, and Aliz was incredibly understanding. She immediately told me not to worry about it at all. That level of understanding and generosity is not something you easily find in a host, and I truly appreciated it.
I would absolutely recommend both the apartment and Aliz as a host. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I return to Budapest.

Aliz is a fantastic host, she is very responsive when it comes to messages and booking requests. She is a very friendly person who even gave us great recommendations during our stay, whether for bars, cafés, or unique places to visit. I 100% recommend her as a host on Flatio. It’s hard to imagine better service.

In addition, the apartment was extremely clean from the start. It is large and spacious, making it perfect for a mid- to long-term stay. I also highly recommend the apartment itself.

Another big plus: the apartment is located right in front of a tram and bus stop, making it easy to travel anywhere in Budapest. So the location is excellent as well.

I would like to thank Aliz for this rental, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again if I return to Budapest in the future.
