Villa Mala – unser kleines Herzenshaus in Kroatien

Hallo, mein Name ist Julia. Ich bin in Deutschland geboren und lebe dort mit meinem Mann und unseren vier Kindern. Unser Haus in Kroatien ist für uns ein ganz besonderer Ort – ein echtes Herzensprojekt, das wir mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und gepflegt haben.

Die Villa Mala ist ein wunderschönes, charmantes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung und bietet Platz für 4 bis 6 Personen. Gleichzeitig ist es auch für ein Paar oder zwei Personen ideal, da es eine sehr gemütliche und persönliche Atmosphäre hat und nicht zu groß wirkt.

Ursprünglich wurde das Haus einmal von einem deutschen Rentnerpaar bewohnt, und noch heute spürt man diese ruhige, entspannte Wohnqualität. Es ist ein Ort zum Ankommen, Durchatmen und Wohlfühlen.

Da wir das Haus in den Sommermonaten als Ferienhaus vermieten, würden wir uns sehr freuen, über die Wintermonate einen zuverlässigen Mieter zu finden, der das Haus bewohnt und genauso wertschätzt wie wir. Für ein Haus ist es einfach besser, wenn Leben darin ist.

Wenn Sie einen ruhigen Ort zum Überwintern, Arbeiten im Homeoffice oder einfach zum Leben am Meer suchen, könnte die Villa Mala genau das Richtige für Sie sein.

Villa Mala – our little heart home in Croatia

Hello, my name is Julia. I was born and live in Germany with my husband and our four children. Our house in Croatia is a very special place for us – a true heart project that we have furnished and cared for with great love.

Villa Mala is a beautiful and charming house in a peaceful setting, suitable for 4 to 6 people. At the same time, it is also perfect for a couple or two people, as it feels very cozy and personal and is not too large.

The house was originally lived in by a retired couple from Germany, and you can still feel this calm and relaxed atmosphere today. It is a place to arrive, breathe, and truly feel at home.

During the summer months we rent the house as a holiday home, but for the winter months we would love to find a responsible tenant who will live in the house and appreciate it as much as we do. A house simply feels better when it is lived in.

If you are looking for a peaceful place to spend the winter, work remotely, or simply enjoy life near the sea, Villa Mala might be the perfect place for you.
