My name is Rijad and I am very pleased that you will be staying with me.

By profession, I am a qualified manager, and I have been actively involved in hospitality for over 10 years. My job is also my passion – my greatest satisfaction is when my guests leave happy and smiling. That's why I am always here for you – whether you need advice about the location, a restaurant recommendation, help with anything in the apartment, or simply an answer to a question. Feel free to contact me at any time; I will do my best to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

I love animals and understand how important they are to family members, but unfortunately I cannot accept pets. The reason is that among my guests there are people with animal allergies, so for their safety and comfort I must keep the "no pets" rule. I hope you understand.

I strive to make every guest feel at home – a clean, tidy, and comfortable space along with a warm welcome are my priorities.
