StayProtection
StayProtection for Guests is a Flatio coverage that applies to you at all times. It was designed to protect you, your money, and your peace of mind. StayProtection also includes an exclusive Move-in Guarantee, ensuring you'll have a place to stay even if things don't go as planned.
StayProtection + Stay Benefits
Stay Benefits is a special part of the StayProtection coverage which doesn't come with all Flatio properties. They include liability insurance, assistant services, and 24/7 online support for all situations covered by this package.
You can read more about the StayProtection and Stay Benefits packages and when they are applicable on this page.
Flatio holds your money until you move in. The host is paid after your move-in day, not before.

My name is Orsi and I am a graphic designer and copywriter enterpreneur. I used to live in Budapest and now I moved to Italy, so my beloved apartment in Budapest is up for short and medium time rent. If you book my apartment you will have a cozy, well-equipped place to live like a local and of course a host who is kind and knows all the useful details about the apartment, the area, and Budapest. Just ask me! :)

The landlady is a great host, and when there was a problem she always helped. The apartment is great for the price and the public transportation to go anywhere in the city is very close by. Overall great!
Neighborhood
It is not the greatest neighbourhood in Budapest. But it is getting better by the day and many new buildings are being build. Besides that I have never felt in danger or threatened.

A bérelt lakás egyezett a képekkel.
