My partner and I spent a total of 4 months at the apartment, and it was certainly a home away from home. The apartment has all of the necessary things to live comfortably, it is very close to multiple public transportation routes, located in between 2 beautiful parks and has various good restaurants, cafes, bars and bakeries around it. The communication with the host was very effective, quick, but overall, there were no problems at all. Thank you for the stay! I highly recommend it to everyone coming to Prague, if the Old Town is too loud and full of people for you, but you still want to be a short distance away.
Neighborhood
The neighborhood is very safe both during the day and night. It is quiet, not many tourists, even though there are many establishments around - bars, restaurants, shops, art museums, cafes, bakeries, so during the day it does not feel empty - it is, in fact, very lively. The public transportation connections are many - to the city center is approx. 10-15min by tram, to Dejvice also same distance, to airport approx. 30min. As the Old Town feels very loud and full of people, this is a perfect location for walks, cultural and peaceful living. There are 2 lovely parks next to the apartment, one of which has a beautiful view over Prague city. All of the distances are walkable within the neighborhood, and even the city center is a 30 min walk away. A very well-equipped FitInn gym is 5 min away with a shopping center with Lidl store in it.

Sandwich Rodeo - American style diner with wonderful sandwiches and burgers. Gemuse Corner Kebab - a very lovely kebab shop, very good quality food. Matilda, Moe and Letka for breakfast. Stromovka park and Letna park for beautiful walks. Cafes for coffee - Dos Mundos, the Miners, Ye's kafe. For authentic Czech food - Lokal Nad Stromovkou - very delicious.

I.P. Pavlova is a hub for transport in Prague, with trams, metros and buses all going there. So transport is great, but can get noisy at times

This flat was perfect for my long term stay in Prague! The rooms were spacious and light, and the location was ideal. Communication with the management was easy as well. I would definitely stay here again!
Neighborhood
The neighborhood is central to New Town, and the flat itself was on the main strip heading toward the center. It’s about a 15-20 min walk to the river, to center, and to lots of great restaurants in Vinohrady

This spacious flat is located in a safe, beautiful neighborhood. The location could not be better! Easy access to downtown with a spectacularly scenic walk across the Legion bridge (Most Legií). The flat is also just next to a huge park and Petřín Hill. Our landlord, Luigino, was communicative and accomodating. I would definitely rent this place again in the future.

I stayed for one month at this apartment. It was absolutely perfect. The apartment was huge and had everything we needed (an elevator, washer, fridge, comfortable bed, good shower, etc). The location could not be more perfect - located directly across from the tram stop and next to the B line Metro. Getting around the city was so easy from here. The host was always timely in his responses and check in and check out were fast and easy. We would absolutely stay here again.
