Yordan Z.

The apartment is great. You can find everything that you need there. Yordan is really nice and helpful.
The location is good, next to a supermarket and within walking distance to the centre.

Yordan was very responsive to all my messages. The flat was larger than it looks in photos. The balcony is very large and we spent many hours relaxing there. The building is quiet, so you get a good nights sleep.

Neighborhood
This area is out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Lagos and a nice 15 minute walk into town. There are many different directions you can take to walk into town so it does not get boring walking the same way all the time. You are right beside the Aldi grocery store which is very handy and there are also four other grocery stores within easy walking distance. If you need anything from a home supply store there is one right across the street and it even has a coffee shop inside.

We enjoyed so many different restaurants and coffee shops in the 5.5 months that we lived here and still did not visit even half of them. They were all good. Of course if you are considering this area you already know about all the great beaches and boating activities. We took several train trips to other towns.

Yordan has been a wonderful landlord. After being here for awhile the flat had a window security blind that needed to be repaired and Yordan had someone come over right away to fix it.

Neighborhood
This is a very quiet area of Lagos which is great for a peaceful sleep. We are right beside the Aldi grocery store which is very convenient. We are also within a 10 minute walk of four other grocery stores, so you will have a wide variety of options for food etc. It is a nice fifteen minute walk to the marina.

We have a few restaurants that we have been back to many times. They are Portofino, Harley's and Abrigo. There are so many good places to choose from.
