The apartment is really beautiful and cozy!
It has everything you might need and even more. We spent 4 amazing weeks here and had sunny days in the city and wonderful evenings on the balcony.
The apartment is just around 25 min to the ocean, 7 min to the Continente, 10 min to the downtown, and 15 min to the Agua Shopping Center.
The owner - Marta - is a nice and hospitable person.

We liked the flat because everything was there. Enough glasses, plates and all the stuff you need.
The location is great, you can walk to the city center in five minutes. You stay with the localsin this area. We always walked to the beach, it takes 30 minutes. However, you can also grab a taxi for less than 5€.

The oven broke during our stay and Marta took care of it. She’s very responsive and the oven got fixed the next day.

All in all, we enjoyed our stay in Portimao!

Neighborhood
Local live there. You have all the big supermarkets in walking distance. It’s great.

Very nice flat, just like in the photos. Very well located, near the city centre, a market and some supermarkets very close by. Situated on a quiet neighborhood, only 30min walk to Rocha beach. The flat has everything you may need and more: games and books for adults and children, as well as touristic and transport information. Marta was a great host, very helpfull, with quick response and problem solving. The flat was spotless, a high level of cleaning hard to find. We loved our stay and we would rent it again. Highly recommended.

Quiet and safe neighborhood, although in walking distance to supermarkets and all kind of services a city offers.

Praia da Rocha near by and many other beaches up to Alvor, for a 0.80€ ride on the local bus vaivem.

Muito boa localização, a casa tem todas as comodidades necessárias, a praia a 1 minuto a pé, Supermercado cerca de 3 minutos a pé, restaurantes a 100m.
Recomendo para férias, como para estadias mais prolongadas. A Senhoria muito simpática e sempre disponível. Gostei imenso da minha estadia de um mês.
