Slightly industrial, very close to transit and the river. Does have a few rough edges but never felt unsafe.

Definitely the restaurant downstairs, as well as just walks along the river to feed the ducks, swans, etc.

Helena has been the perfect host, the location is amazing and the house very well furnished. The only negative aspect I can find is that the room closer to the entrance door is colder and noisier than the other. But everything has been amazing

V bytě jsme našli výborné náhradní bydlení pro naši trojčlennou rodinu a dvě kočičky pro dobu rekonstrukce našeho bytu od dubna do srpna. Přestože je byt kousek od křižovatky Anděl, je v klidné ulici, kde se dobře žije i spí. Má své osobité kouzlo (dům je z roku 1902), oceníte jej zejména v horkých letních měsících, kdy je tam skvěle. Je zařízen kombinací staršího a nového nábytku, veškeré vybavení je funkční, ocenili jsme zejména skvělé nové matrace na postelích, které jsme si nakonec pořídili i do svého rekonstruovaného bytu. Paní majitelka je velmi příjemná a vstřícná, cokoli jsme potřebovali, řešila bez odkladu a k naší spokojenosti :)

Klidná rezidenční ulice (bez restaurací atd.), s vynikající dostupností obchodů i dopravy.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment, it’s clean and incredibly comfortable. The space is beautifully and everything felt thoughtfully prepared, cozy bedding and well equipped kitchen.
The location is also a big plus quiet enough to relax, but close to everything you might need, including shops, cafes, and transport. The natural light during the day was gorgeous, and the evenings were peaceful.
Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, and check-in was easy. I’d absolutely stay here again, highly recommend

Dekujeme za ubytovani , byli nedostatky ale prezili sme . Rozhodne to nebylo idelne ale vsude bylo blizko , a na to co sme potrebovali tak to postačovalo. S pozdravem

Все добре було,квартира на першому поверсі в жаркі дні дуже добре.але треба зконтролювати газовий котел томущо тепла вода включається невсе,і душ приймати недуже добре особенно дітям.Дуже добре бо є близько продуктові магазини і працюють вони до півночи.

Byt je na skvělé adrese, nedaleko metra, obchodů, památek. Vybavení bytu nám zcela vyhovovalo, nic jsme nepostrádali. Komunikace s Helenou byla výborná, velice jsme ocenili její flexibilitu při předání klíčů a vystěhování.
