Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.
Always 30 days ahead. Whether you move in at the beginning or half way through the month, the rent paid always covers the 30 days that follow. With Flatio, the “month" always starts with you moving in and you will never pay multiple rents at the same time.
Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. The photos, along with a signed handover report, will be of great assistance when dealing with any unpleasant situations we hope will never occur.

Valentinos, his sister and his lovely Mama, were just the best host's, easy to talk too, always happy to help in anyway, always with a smile.
Agios Nikolaos town centre and the Sea Lake were 15mins walk down hill, the walk back was longer 22 mins or so as it was up hill but most properties on the edge of town are up hill..
There is a beach for sunbathing about 12 mins walk, again down hill, here you can rent boats and jetski's, you can also buy freshly made food too.
Sklavenitis supermaket was only 5minutes walk away, for all of you daily food needs, if you are staying home to eat.

You are on the edge of a town, so there are people walking by, some cars and motor bikes as you expect, there's also easy parking out front for your rental car.
Across the road from the apartment there is a lovely patisserie with all the Greek yummies you can eat. From freshly baked breads too the most gorgeous large cakes.
There are many things to do and see depending on your tastes and how adventurous you want to be.
