This cozy attic studio of 25m², completely new, is located in the La Trinidad neighborhood, next to the side of the Church of San Pablo. It's a quiet, popular area with an authentic local vibe, perfect for enjoying the traditional atmosphere of Málaga. The location is unbeatable, just a 5-minute walk from Calle Larios and Plaza de la Constitución, the heart of the city and its central hub, where you’ll find the main shops, restaurants, and cultural activities. It’s just 10 minutes from the metro, a 20-minute walk to the main train station, and 25 minutes on foot to the beach. The area is well-served with supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and excellent public transport options.

The space:
The attic is located on the second floor of a two-story building, distributed as follows:
Ground floor: Garage and building entrance.
First floor: An apartment (not available for rent).
Second floor: Two attic studios, including this one, and the shared terrace.
This attic studio has one single room, which includes both the bedroom and the kitchen, creating an open and functional space. Ideally, it is designed for one person, especially if the purpose is to work from there. For short stays, it can accommodate up to 2 people (150 cm bed), but the space is more comfortable for one person seeking a peaceful working environment. There is no elevator, but it offers a cozy and suitable space for stays of several weeks up to a few months.

The attic studio, completely new and fully furnished, is designed especially for digital nomads or those needing a comfortable and functional space for medium-term stays. It includes:

A cat lives on the first floor of the building and roams freely through the garage and terrace, but does not enter the attic studios. She is a calm pet and does not interfere with the guests' privacy.

How can I cancel my booking?
