The accommodation is situated on a small street, isolated from traffic and noise, and the state-of-the-art windows and doors provide insulation from any external sounds, ensuring maximum peace and quiet. The rooms are adorned with paintings showcasing a collection of original artwork dedicated to the most iconic architecture of the cities in the Val di Noto, an artistic project curated by Paolo, the host. The property is located right in the centre, and the neighbourhood offers all the amenities you might need: a supermarket, bars, a newsagent, a tobacconist, a pharmacy, a post office, banks, restaurants, pubs and shops of all kinds. The beach is a 2-minute walk away. The property is also about a 10-minute walk from the railway station and the intercity bus stop, making it ideal for those travelling without a car.
Pets:
Your four-legged friends are welcome (up to a maximum of two). Please declare their presence at the time of booking, as a small supplement applies for their stay. For hygiene reasons, the only restriction is that they are not allowed on beds or sofas; if your pet has this habit, please bring protective sheets with you.
