The space
The “Foz do Arelho Sunset Sea Views” apartment is a renovated home, facing west toward the Atlantic at the top of the hill, with panoramic ocean views and the beach visible below from the balcony. The balcony catches the sun from the afternoon onwards, so you can enjoy the light and the sunset without leaving home.
Foz do Arelho offers a beach with two worlds: the vast stretch of sand, the ocean with its waves and sunsets in front, and the calmer, warmer waters of the Óbidos Lagoon just a 5-minute walk down the hill.
Step-free entrance at street level, yet on the ocean side the apartment sits a full floor above the slope, so the balcony enjoys panoramic, unobstructed Atlantic views.
One double bedroom with a Queen bed, and a second bedroom with two single beds. Modern bathroom with shower. Living room with a 140x190cm sofa bed and 55" SmartTV. High-speed fibre Wi-Fi, 316 Mbps. Cafés and restaurants are a 5–7 minute walk away, and Caldas da Rainha, with its supermarkets, hospital and train station, is just 10 minutes by car (or by bus). The Silver Coast is on your doorstep: Óbidos, the medieval village, is about 15 minutes away, Peniche about 20 and Nazaré about 30. Lisbon and its airport are around 1 hour by car. Golf lovers will find Royal Óbidos and Praia D’El Rey within 15–20 minutes.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
